Michael McNamara’s Precision Painting

We had interior painting done by Mike's crew. We had 20 foot ceiling and they did an excellent job. The quality of the work was excellent. Consider the height of the ceiling there there could have easily been paint overrun. There was not. There was great attention to detail. W#e were very pleased.

We found some rotted woodwork and the estimate did go up, and we did get it fixed. The owner, Mike McNamara, had a worker that was familiar with the woodwork that was rotted and knew exactly how to fix it, his name was Andrew Shchenko. He did an excellent job and repaired the rotted wood and replaced it with mahogany. He was very reasonable with pricing, and we are pleased with the outcome. The job required our deck railing to be painted and it is an enormous deck, but the way they prepared the wood to be painted was outstanding. Some of our window frames were in tough shape and Andrew did put mahogany strips around them and everything looks beautiful. I talked with Mike 2 weeks before they came, and they were prompt every day and did an excellent job. They did clean up after themselves too. I highly recommend them. They know their business from the bottom up; they really know what they are doing.

I got Mike's name from a work colleague. I initially had two other estimates and Mike came in smack in the middle. Excellent work. I can't say enough about Michael McNamara and his fine group of painters. They were efficient, professional, neat, and thorough. They did not miss any details. They even went inside the house to shut all windows prior to sanding to make sure no dust got inside my home. Mike knows his craft. Many painters barely even power wash your house. Mike sprayed my house completely and thoroughly. He and his men power-hand sanded all of my shingles (and believe me this was no easy feat). He vacuumed up all paint chips outside and made sure his guys tidied up each day. He was always onsite for at least part of the day, especially at the beginning of the job. My house never looked so good. I would recommend Precision Painters for any of your painting needs.
