I sent out a number of quotes and they were all within $1,000 of each other He was local and I wold see him periodically in the restaurant I went. So if he did anything wrong, I knew where to find him. The gas furnace had been working. When I have a problem, I call them up and they would come that day; if not, the next day and look into the situation. He's definitely professional.
