The moving team arrived as expected but showed up with 2 guys instead of the promised 3. One of the movers had just had knee surgery which left one of the guys doing most of the heavy lifting. Why would a moving company send a worker out right after knee surgery? Not good for the employee (workers comp issues) and not efficient for the customer. They only had dollies and no flatbed carts. They did not wrap the furniture items in blankets prior to moving and bumped them around repeatedly. When moving things in, they repeatedly kept setting things down on top of other things. They really had no plan on how to execute the move-out or move-in. And even though when we called to set it up, the company told us they were familiar with our destination location, these guys definitely were not. In order to keep things moving, we had to personally help them carry things and guide them on location, etc. Seemed like nice guys, but not the efficient, get it done quickly, safely, and well kind of movers we are used to. We will be using another company for all future moves.

They are very good and they come when they say they will. They listen very carefully to what we need and the cautions that we give them. They work very rapidly, and treat our stuff with respect and care. They have a storage service as well and overall they have been very helpful.
