Description of Work: We have a tight tank septic and when the alarm goes off we need it emptied asap. All I do is call and Cape Ann Septic responds. I haven't had a problem.

Description of Work: We had a finding of a "failed" septic system by D F Clark. One of our unit owners wanted a second opinion, so we asked Cape Ann Septic to look at the system. they came out, said they know the property from work they had done before and that if D F Clark said we had a failed system, we should trust their judgment. We did. Hence no charge by Cape Ann Septic.

+ -1 moreI checked out several companies before calling Cape Ann Septic. Was told needed complete new system. But Bud at Cape Ann SpSeptic said it might be possible to use an alternative.The alternative to a brand new system is called the White Knight and if the requirements to install were met the fix would way less costly! We were able to use the White Knight and the cost was 75% less than a new system. This company could have sold me a more expensive system because I like so many other homeowners I did not know that there could be options. Check them out because i think they are fair , knowledgable and took care of all the permits and inspections!
Description of Work: Had a failed septic system...was quoted over $40,000 to replace by two other companies which is probably the cost to completely replace but Cape Ann offered an alternative.
