How did it go? It t got worse and then worse. , Kevin, who I believe to be the owner, told me that the wood was "full of ants" and not of good quality for wood chips. He said he would bring much better quality chips, so I agreed for him to take the oak chips away. I called Kevin three time to ask about the great wood chips he promised. I never heard back from him. Finally, I called a fourth time and gave him the choice if calling me back or I would write an accurate review about him taking my would chips away and not supplying me with the promised chips, This time he called me back right away saying that he had called me back and left a message. I was very dubious but let it go since my goal was the promised chips. He agreed to .deliver them in a few days. They were deliver just now and I have a pile of leaves (70%) brambles (15%) chips (15%).! It is hard for me to believe that my landscaper recommended someone so far below the most basic professional standards. I noticed Kevin,s webpage is no longer up, which is not a good sign. I notice he does not give a street address on his Angiie List....... also not a good sign.. I think there is enough information here for anyone to decide for themselves if they think Kevin is an honest, decent, .reputable businessman. My advise in one word is BEWARE,

It was very tall but they handled the bucket and chainsawed it down and didn't get anywhere near the cars of the houses. They obviously knew how to do it and did it efficiently and expertly. They chopped up all the wood, cut up any pieces that I wanted to keep, and really cleaned up afterwards, including chips, bark, sticks, etc. and blew the street clean, a small detail but nevertheless really appreciated. I'd readily hire them again.
