Great. He replaced something under the toilet which stopped the leak.

I like to support local businesses so I called Andrews Plumbing to fix an outside and kitchen faucet. The kitchen faucet was repaired. The plumber did not have the part to fix the outside faucet although I had explained what the problem was when I made the appointment. The plumber did not call in advance to further discuss so he would have the part. Accordingly he came to the appt without the part and could not repair it. He told to go to local supply company and get the part and fix it myself. The plumber DID NOT offer to get the part and return and fix it! The plumber was not here approx 20 minutes and did not fix the outside faucet. I did go to the supply company and it cost a $6.75. I then got an invoice for $110.00. I called and spoke with the owner and explained the situation. He offered to reduce the price by a mere $10.00 although only 50% of the job was completed. I was SHOCKED as I think it was fair and justified for the repair bill to be reduced consistent with only 1/2 of the job being completed which was no fault of mine.

They're always on time and they always come even during emergencies. They're really good. They're also done other plumbing jobs and they've been very good. We've had previous water heaters that went years before that and they came right away and last year, my heat didn't work and they came right away. They're excellent. They're a little expensive but they're worth it because they're always here.

ll John was the plumber with Andrews Plumbing and I consider him an absolute savant plumber. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He is very methodical in his work. Neat, professional, and extremely respectful. I simply can't recommend this company enough.

I was very happy with the result and the price. They were very reasonable. I did a good portion of the finishing work and drywall after the plumbing was installed. They did the mechanical work. It was done very well. They took particular care to make sure nothing was exposed to potential freezing because part of it was on the exterior wall and they did a good job of it. The workmen themselves were neighborhood guys and they were friendly and supportive. They were very open to suggestions. I had an A level experience with them. The price was very reasonable. The quality of work was first rate and I have used them many times over the years and this was the most recent one. They were on the job as soon as I told them what I wanted. They were here measuring it out. They are very punctual and professional. One of the shower base showed a nick and it wasn't even noticeable but since it was there he didn't charge me at all. I can't find it now that it is installed.

I really appreciate them. They are good on customer service and do good work. They are responsive and do good work. They are not perfect but they are pretty good. I recommend them to others.

I have used other plumbers, but everytime I do, I'm disappointed. Andrews Plumbing does a consistently good job. They are honest and straightforward. I will continue to use them in the future.
