+ 2 moreI was looking for someone I could trust and would really understand my concern about mold and dampness in the house, stemming possibly from rot around two windows in my family room. Bob Mosley was very responsive, looking first in my attic for dampness then checking outside not just the rotting wood above my windows, but any leaking that might be occuring from my gutters or roof. He did the work in 2 days and it looks like the area has been closed up tight. He primed everything, so all I have to do is paint. I will check back with him for subsequent repairs I know I'll need soon.

Description of Work: Home addition has yet to be completed. Most of what has to be done must wait until Spring. BUT, they did install a hardwood floor in one of my older rooms and it came out very nice.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job. They were very professional and provided a very thorough quote. It was for $2600. I haven't gotten the final bill. When the job started and as soon as they saw that it was not as they had expected they called me on my cell phone at work to tell me. The window I wanted installed was probably an extra $1000 worth of work.
Description of Work: I used Renaissance Builders to replace as necessary the studs of an exterior load bearing wall including the sheeting, siding, and insulation.

+ 0 moreThey are excellent. I have nothing to complain about. The price was a little high but it was well worth it. You get what you pay for. They are very friendly, communicate well with you, cooperative, and they make it a very easy process. They take the stress out of the whole process.
