Definitely cater to the commercial accounts. Started off great but the quality went down hill. Had to request a re-mow of my lawn several times due to dull blades not cutting the grass and also for large strips of grass that just got missed. They were not cheap and the quality was not there.

Lawncare service started poorly. Deck and patio were never cleaned. Debris was never cleaned up in the yard. There would be 7:30 a.m. service visits on a Saturday morning. Finally after several complaints the crew was changed mid-summer. Service was better for a while after that though debris still wasn't cleaned up all the time in the yard. Fall clean up was the worst. Areas of the yard not even taken care of, tire tracks on the grass areas and earplugs left for us to clean up. Our service rep ended up leaving before the season ended. Not much service going on anyway.

ND is a local company that has done work for my neighbors. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions for an estimate but never got a call or email back. They have a flawed service model.

The company seems reputable and high quality. With the estimate we also received a layout if the design and an itemized breakdown of the costs. It was a great experience.

The services they provide are mowing apply fertilizer and tick prevention. During summer they came out and put down the pesticide, crab grass control and things like that. They were punctual and did a good job. We had a complaint about the lawn, as they put down too much fertilizer and it looked patchy. They did try and correct it. They also removed all the weeds from around our pool and did a really good job of it. Last summer we had to call them about 3 or 4 times to have some masonry work done, but they did not return our calls. This was the only complaint we had against them, but otherwise everything else was good.

They came out right away and gave me the estimate, however, I called back and requested more information, a drawing of where the work would be done. They wouldn't give me the rest of the information I wanted unless I signed a contract and told me they had been in business for 25 years. I never called them again and still haven't found another company that does deck work in my area.
