Jet Development and Construction

We worked with John Tacey of Jet Development to replace our side porch and a small patio area. What impressed me about him during the initial pricing meeting is that he was thinking about the design implications, including how the water runoff from rain would affect the patio, for example. He put a lot of care into the work and wanted to make sure it was done right. He probably could have been faster if he had cut some corners but I could see he does not work that way. I would gladly work with him again. He was also reasonably priced for small- to mid-size projects as compared to some of the larger construction firms we talked to.
