At the initial visit, Marc explained everything to me, and was patient as I looked to see what needed repair and answered my many questions. His estimate was right on and he gave me the date when he would come. On the day he was supposed to come, I had to call at the last minute to say that the house would not be available until the afternoon. He was able to accommodate me. Then, the people using the home did not leave on time, and Marc graciously and patiently waited in the rain until he could begin. The job was completed just as he said; he was extremely careful going in and out of the house since it was raining, and he cleaned up any drops or mud he tracked in. The job was completed in the time he quoted and everything looks great, we have a lifetime warranty on the flue and the chimney has been cleaned for the first time in a long time. Job well done and Marc and his helper are both neat, clean and friendly.

He had the lowest bid but did very high quality work. He did everything that he said would need to be done plus a little extra that he saw needed to be done once he started. He even called after the work was done to see if we were satisfied with the work. Mr. Brenn is an impressive man. He did everything at the estimated price and cleaned up all the debris.
