+ -1 moreCraig Starzynski Excavating installed a water supply pipe from the street to our cottage on Lake Watatic. This included digging a 5 foot deep trench for 135 feet through boulders the size of our stove and a rock shelf, which had to be jack-hammered. From start to finish Craig was professional and careful, showed up when he was supposed to, worked diligently all day long, and kept us informed on what he was doing and why. I’ve never before known a contractor who was so concerned that we were happy with the job. We had Hurricane Mitch on day 2, which turned the entire project into a mud fest, but somehow Craig managed to finish the project and make it look neat and tidy. He removed and rebuilt parts of 2 stone walls, and they looked better after he left than before he started! We definitely recommend Craig and will use him again.

+ -1 moreHe was very prompt ! I received a call back within hours rather than weeks, or not at all. I have had issues with communication in the past with providers when it came to general information as well coming for a estimate. The fact that he conducted himself in such a professional light was a relief and more than reason to use his services again.
Description of Work: The provider removed a old retaining wall and put in a new one for almost less than half of my lowest bid received. In order to do job he and two other crew members excavated dirt and placed it back after the new wall was installed. The whole process took nine hours in comparison to other companies who estimated 4 days/up to 2 weeks.
