He arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and we discussed my specific problems and identified other areas of concern. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We proceeded to agree on the treatment plan, and he treated the property immediately. Great job overall!

Everything was great. Rob was very responsive and prompt. He worked super fast and came back to remove the hornets nest when he said he would. He was very transparent and effective.

Rob arrived during a thunderstorm, and despite the pouring rain he explained what he was doing, and what to expect and went right to work. We had a very active underground wasp nest, and within 36 hours there was no sign that it was ever there. Not one wasp.

Rob did a Great job with removing my mice infestation in my attic over the winter time. I kept hearing scratching noises all night. Rob came as scheduled, installed the bait stations, and have not had issues for months. I had Rob install stations at my moms house as well. We live far from Gardner Ma and he was still able to fit his schedule to help our needs. I did use this company as well for Tick spraying my outdoor parameter and it worked great! I highly recommend this company to friends and family of mine. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is very reliable.
