Design and product selection went very smoothly. All of Robert's suggested subs were wonderful to work with and so helpful in the design process and product selection process. We did the demolition to save some money and then Robert's crew set to work immediately framing the new rooms on the existing footprint of our house. Silvio framed very quickly and then installed a major beam across the back of the house to provide the support. Once installed it created an unexpected bump out on the roof that needed to be cut creating a beam in the master -- not part of the original design, but we were able to incorporate it into the bedroom losing a little wall space. Electrical was a challenge as I don't believe Robert was able to hire his usual electrician. We suddenly had to decide on lighting and the placement of outlets, cable, etc. I would have liked more time and planning before doing this as we needed to be advised by an lighting expert on these decisions. As a result, we have outlets and cable hook ups in places we don't need and the absence of them where desired. Oh well..... The only item that never got resolved from the punch list is that our skylight still does not work although the electrician insists that it is receiving power. I am left to get up on a ladder while on the phone to Velux who will walk me through checking for power directly on the window and finding a fix. Still have not gotten to that chore. Too busy enjoying my kitchen and master suite to do anymore work in the house.

Overall the job is done and done right and I think at a reasonable cost for the quality I received.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would hire them again. Communication at times was phone tag.

All of his staff and subs were confident and cleaned up after themselves. They were very good with my very frail father in law. He was living with us and needed special consideration. They put up a temporary wall when they had to take down the existing one so the house would not be cold for him. They made us a temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house. They really helped us function because it was six months without a kitchen.
