Description of Work: Rick saved me from making a huge mistake in buying my first home. He is professional and meticulous with a great knowledge of the current standards and regulations. He always said that no house will be perfect, but his advice and concerns regarding the structural integrity of the condo was clearly pointed out during the inspection and in his report. The report was incredibly detailed, organized, and reflected how truly amazing Rick is at home inspecting. I will absolutely use him again and I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreRICK RETURNED OUR ORIGINAL CALL IN A MATTER OF A FEW MINUTES. HE CLEARLY ARTICULATED HIS RELATIONSHIP TO US AND HIS PROFESSIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT. HE TOLD US WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND THEN HE DID IT ALL. HIS REPORT TO US HELPED US TO AVOID UNNECESSARY COSTS TO REPAIR EXISTING DAMAGE AND DEFICIENCIES.
Description of Work: RICK INSPECTED A CONDO WE WERE PLANNING TO PURCHASE. IT'S A SMALL (700 SQUARE FEET) SPACE, BUT HE SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH US GOING OVER EVERY DETAIL IN A 30 PAGE CHECKLIST.
