It did not happen. Only a payment was made. Now the business number is not excepting calls.

After arriving several hours later than originally agreed upon. The painter quickly primed a small area of my exterior trim. At that point he asked for $200 cash as a deposit to purchase the remainder of the materials and told me the primer had to dry for 10 hours and he would be back the following day to paint etc. Since then, he has promised to complete the job multiple times and never showed. Each time, I have taken time off of work to be here only to have him not show up.
