They gave us the best pricing by far out of three we looked at (one quote was over 2x as much and didn't cover all the services Palladino provided). They gave us a week's notice when they would start and showed up on time. They did all of the advance work with dig-safe and the city to provide the police detail & "no-parking" notices for the street in front of our house. They dug up the street/sidewalk with little effect to the surrounding property - they were very professional and curtious. It took a bit longer than they estimated (1.5 days vs 1 day) due to the extreme rocky nature of the area but they left the scene clean overnight and tidied up nicely when they completed the job. Excellent work!!

Fred always arrived promptly. His estimate for the job was very competitive, the 2nd lowest. He coordinated with my plumber to analyze possible solutions for the inside connection (a 90 degree turn and 6' trench under the concrete floor were needed to have the new copper pipes reach the meter.) He arrived on time for all work sessions. His team did an excellent job preserving our foundation bushes and flowers. They worked very neatly covering everything including our stairs. They draped the area where the concrete had to be broken up, minimizing the amount of dust produced. They stuck with the project until it was completed. They coordinated everything with the town for me, including hand delivery of the authorizing note I had to write. When the town broke the curb stop connection at the final phase of the project, Fred coordinated the town's replacement of that curb stop. In all it was a wonderful job that made me a lot less unhappy about having had the problem to start with.
