My 9 year old computer went down. The Franklin Nerds repaired it and in the process upgraded both my hardware and software.. The Nerds assured me (an octogenarian) that my transition to the "new" environment could be made seamless. They kept their promise and I was up and running in no time.james

At Nerds to go they took the time to explain what was wrong with my computer and told me how they were going to fix it. They also helped me set up a program and were willing to answer any questions that I had. My computer just up and died. Worked ok day before but unable to even turn on next day. Brought in to Franklin office and they had it up and running within 24 hours. I have used them before and also totally pleased.

This was my first experience with Home Advisor. I put a request in and Kevin Martin from NerdsToGo responded to it very quickly. They were able to accommodate me with a home visit very quickly following Covid protocols. I needed a new computer and they were able to do that for me and install it. They were some issues with the data transfer but David Daniel, the tech handled them well with his extensive knowledge of computers. He was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring computer repair and installation.

I paid almost $600 to fix my computer! Very expensive and HomeAdvisors estimate was around $280. The nerds to go called me and the price was double at the end. I am frustrated!

Very helpful in cleaning up my hacked computer and correcting many other internet issues in a timely fashion. Friendly, knowledgable and patient with us who are very computer illiterate.

Felt like I dealt with a pro. He was both very attentive to my questions and needs . Given my personal computer issues I bought a laptop from them and they were very helpful and responsive. I am old, the equipment was old, they gave me choices and did not drive me to upgrade. Upgrading was a personal choice. I would recommend them.
