See above. The roofing foreman was considerate, patient, and efficient at pointing out some minor deficiencies that needed correction. The woman that arranged the appointment was very courteous, responsive, and communicative.

Jeff responded quickly and made room in his schedule for a repair of a leak causing water damage inside my wall. His crew and office staff were on-schedule, helpful, professional, and did the repair quickly and removed all debris from the area. Highly recommend this provider.

Break down for project from beginning and ending of each phase was outlined and when to expect payment to begin the next step. A+ service by Jeff and his crew! We were looking to replace our front steps (concrete and brick) that had sunken into the ground and sloped to one side. Granite steps were more than we were looking to spend and I simply wouldn't see a ROI on granite steps when I eventually sell. I reached out to Jeff for a quote for a wood deck landing and steps. We decided on composite wood so we'll never have to worry about rot, etc. Jeff was quick to come out and prepare a quote and took a lot of time to ensure that we were well informed on the project and his business, which we really appreciated as this is our first home. He gave us 2 main options with add-ons; at the end of the day it was very helpful to see what our options were and decide which direction we wanted to pursue. Throughout the days leading up to and during the project, Jeff was always great about letting us know the status and what to expect. The finished product looks even better than we expected and the work site left cleaner than it was before his crew arrived. I would work with Jeff again without any hesitation on any future projects we may have - truly an enjoyable experience!

Jeff (owner) was great to work with from start to finish. He was thorough and professional during the quoting process, providing a detailed overview of the material options and work to be done. Once he started the job, Jeff and his crew were always on time, courteous and well organized. When a few additional pieces of work came up along the way, he discussed our options in terms of materials, time and price, offering the best course of action without trying to convince us to do more than was necessary. Since we elected to have our roof replaced fairly late in the year, we encountered some challenges with weather. Jeff was great at communicating changes in schedule and worked with us to complete the job as quickly as possible. We have worked with several contractors over the past few years. Fantastic service, from start to end. Jeff Swahn, the owner, was very professional throughout the quoting process. He came to our house to assess the job, and made sure to come back to fully review the quote with us. His service cost slightly more than a few other quotes we received, but we respected his responsiveness, professionalism and apparent trustworthiness so we chose Jancon as our provider. His team started the project when they said they would and ended on time, with no surprise charges. Although roofing is a messy job, our property was very carefully cleaned up at the end of the job and our landscaping is untouched. We asked for him to determine which rotted trim needed to be replaced and although I swear he had to replace more than he put in his quote, he didn't charge us any more for it. One window screen was damaged during the job and although we weren't even going to mention it, Jeff saw the screen and insisted that he replace it when the job was done. His team was all professional and pleasant when they were on site. Although Jeff's quote was slightly higher, we're glad we we paid the extra amount for professional, speedy service with no surprises. We highly recommend his services to anyone needing exterior work done.

They were very nice, professional and they were very good about looking into the safety of the deck because of my son who is a wheelechair. They were very compassionate as they worked. When they took off the old siding, they told me about the bad wood under the siding, instead of just installing the new siding over the bad wood. They replaced all of the damaged wood. No other provider would have put that extra work into it. I would recommend them to anybody, and I would definitely hire them again. I was really amazed! He was the best estimate I got out of 3 and I got a great warranty with the work.

Jeff and his crew were on time, hard working and cleaned up beautifully. Although the initial price was more expensive than others, Jeff worked with us to make it work.
