Jim did a fantastic job designing a front porch/portico for our home. We initially contacted him with only a few ideas of what we wanted in a front porch, but with no idea on how to execute on those ideas. Jim was incredibly helpful in walking us through the process - from design consultation, to generating construction plans to solicit bids from contractors and to the final plans and drawings to submit to town for permits, etc. After his initial site visit and sharing with him some images/ideas, Jim brought it all together beautifully. He provided several 3D renderings of our home with the new front porch - showing us slightly different designs, adding details/trim to the porch, changing the color on the home/doors, etc. as well as offering his own ideas of what could and what wouldn't work in the porch design. Jim worked with us every step of the way, designing us exactly what we had hoped for. During this process, Jim was incredibly professional, responsive, and flexible. He provided timely updates of his work, just letting us know where he was in the process. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for design and consultation on construction/addition work. I hope to work with him again in the future.

Jim Intinarelli is a master of design and construction. He has a background in construction and project management so all of these dynamics dynamics are in play. The first set of plans needed some fine tuning, so he revised them and nailed it on the second round. He even provided me a plan to build it with a concrete slab floor. We were so satisfied, we hired him to design a plan to finish our basement with an office, play and family room and work out room. He came out and measured everything and we are now reviewing these plans. He can even show you a virtual tour of how the finished space will look! Thanks Jim!
