John exceeded any and ALL expectations- amazing job!!! I can't say enough good words about the work!! His pride in workmanship is apparent!!! I would absolutely recommend without hesitation!!!! He also charged less than the phone quote after seeing the job!!!

Fantastic. Jonathan is so responsive and professional. The work was done in less than the time frame originally estimated and we feel so good about using safer products to clean our flooring (especially with a baby on the way). We will definitely be using Green Homes again next year!

The cleaning went very well. The cleaner was careful to clarify all price estimates before committing to service and handled a large amount of heavy furniture in each room without problems. I did not think to mention that I was having the cleaning done for a family member who would soon be immuno-compromised, but he later mentioned that if I had advised him of that, he would have done an extra pre-sterilization of his equipment. Very nice, very effective!

The website is well-arranged and informative, including prices for each item. The pricing for my job then came in lower than I expected, because I had over-estimated room categories. The cleaner worked around some very heavy furniture, and the results are fantastic, particularly considering this is the first deep-cleaning I've had done in ten years and I have several cats. The carpets look like new, and the cleaner was very accommodating. Note: he does also offer an extra degree of equipment sanitization for transplant-patient cleanings, but if you need that, you'll need to make sure to notify him of that in advance.

I think it would be hard--maybe next to impossible--to beat this service. For starters, it's green--no toxic chemicals or harsh smells that leave you wishing you hadn't had to do this. Everything looks and smells great, especially important because he was dealing with cat urine on the chairs, love seat and two of the rugs. John finished just a short while ago, and things are still damp. Please note: damp, not at all wet, which is good for my original, newly-refinished 1858 floors. Before he left, he checked everything over. He is very professional, showed up exactly on time, worked steadily, and did a great job. I will definitely have him back if needed and recommend his work highly.

They were excellent. The guy is really nice and very thorough. They are affordable. He shows up on time and is very responsible. I haven't used anyone else but I think their price is very good.

He arrived on time, was very thorough and very nice. The carpet looked great and didn't have that crunchy feeling after- which I have experienced with other companies. I plan to have him come and clean our sofa and tile floors this spring as well.

Gentleman was courteous, professional, and punctual, but, most importantly, did an amazing job! I have off white colored carpeting in my family room -- some heavy traffic areas were very soiled. I always hope for the best, but don't expect perfection. When finished, the rug looks like new. I have had it done before, and it was sopping wet after cleaning. This time, the rug was nearly dry when he was done. Also done was the kitchen tile with medium grey grout. The grout has darkened significantly over the years. When he was finished, the floor looked like it did eight years ago when it was put down. I couldn't be happier with the results. My floors look beautiful. And, the price was very reasonable. As a matter of fact, the price charged at the time of service was less than quoted on the phone since he measured the area and charged per square foot.

We just moved into a condo and the outgoing folks had the carpets deep steam cleaned which brought out countless old stains. When Jon came to assess the situation he recommended new carpets because he said there was a good chance that the stains would "wick back" again from the carpet backing or padding even if he could get them out on the surface, which he explained is what the steam cleaning did. He said he would be happy to do his best and come back once for free to address wick back but he just couldn't say with any certainty if that would solve the problem. So, I asked him to do the stairs and the second floor while I left to get estimates to recarpet the first floor. Well, he called me within a couple hours and said he was having great success so I came back to take a look. I literally couldn't believe my eyes - there was not a trace of stain on the very pale gray carpeting! And because he uses a low moisture system some areas were already fairly dry and the stains weren't coming back so he had even gone ahead and cleaned some of the main floor which was worse than upstairs to see if he could get those out - and he could! So, I asked him to do the main floor as well and stayed to see him work his magic. He literally hand scrubbed every stain, many twice and used several all natural products. He was here for 5-6 hours and when he left the carpets looked brand new! I think there was one stain that he couldn't completely get out. We moved in the next day and the day after that I inspected the carpets and saw some subtle wick back in some places and called Jon. True to his word he came back and spent about an hour touching up. I think he is truly a miracle worker!! I also greatly appreciate his honesty, tremendous work ethic and the pride he takes in his work, an extremely rare combination! Also, evey time I called him he answered the phone so there was no phone tag, he was right on time and for all of that work he only charged $250! I can't recommend him highly enough!!

John was great - he answered the phone when I called, gave me a quote over the phone, was available within a few days, had great pricing and stuck to his quote over the phone from my description of the job (and even gave me a discount since we had moved all the furniture out!), arrived on time and completed the work more quickly than he estimated (about 2 1/2 hours all in). The carpet looks great, he was very up-front about one stain that he was unable to remove, but considering how old and stained this off-white carpet is (from when we moved in), I was amazed and pleased at all the stains he was able to improve/remove! Most importantly, IT DID NOT SMELL! I'm pregnant and I really wanted to find a greener solution to cleaning the carpet before baby arrives and this was fantastic. I also tend to be very sensitive to chemical smells (I can't stand the cleaning aisle at the grocery store) and I stayed at home the whole time he was cleaning with no issues. The carpet was dry in less than 2 hours. I am planning to have him come back and do the playroom and a rug once we have gotten the the room patched/painted.

We are extremely satisfied with the work. The carpets were incredibly clean and there was no smell at all. He moved all the furniture back for us and we didn't have to do anything at all. We are going to hire him again the future.

He was great. I have hired him a second time because he was so good. I would definitely consider using him for upholstery cleaning and I would highly recommend him. I found his prices to be very fair.
