Description of Work: Turned on, serviced and cleaned a Real-Fyre gas fireplace that had been turned off for 7 years. They came promptly and had all the gas, transmitter and electric parts up and running again in about an hour, very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable!

Description of Work: Although Franklin Fireplace did not actually do the work, they referred me to Derek Richard who works with them on actual fireplace repair. - They basically sell fireplaces and do installation work. - I've used Derek Richard three times now and each time the problem has been fixed and the repair was reasonably priced. Once, he even helped me fix it myself over the phone (very small issue, but saved me the cost of a repair!)

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with it. It's a long process but they took us through it. You have to coordinate with a lot of different companies, as well as the town and the gas distributor.
Description of Work: They installed a gas log fireplace for me.
