 + 5 moreGreat experience, saved us a lot by permitting us to halt rot that would have eventually required new windows. This is just the latest of many jobs Chris has done for us over 20+ years-- kitchen rehab, converting a 3 season porch into a real room, major addition, roofing/venting, odds and ends. He is willing to give advice, keeps an eye out for new problems, is honest and fair. We've also come to depend on his fine subcontractors.
