They had a deal with my insurance company. The problem that I had with them was that he told me that if I washed my curtains and clothes, he would cover the $500 deductible that I had with my insurance company. When it came to giving the $500 back, he wasn't going to give it back, I had to call my insurance man to have him call and say give it back. I also had a couple of things missing, and I called him on that and it is funny that one thing appeared back in my house. The boy across the street was working for him, and then I found out a week later that he got fired, so I feel sorry for anybody that has him. They did a good job, but I would rate them an E as far as the honesty of the owner. The job was done to my satisfaction. They overcharged my insurance company. I will never use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Flood Fire Pro. They had to clean the whole place, wiping it down, and then I had to repaint it.
