We 100% recommend First Class Marble & Granite. They provided and installed granite countertops for our remodeled kitchen cabinets, a lavatory vanity and our master bath vanity. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional and they had tremendous patience while helping us with the final selections. Ariela and Junior managed our project all the way through and every milestone date was met on time. The granite selection that First Class Marble offers is terrific and they provided spot-on advice regarding the different material options. Our kitchen countertop has a large peninsula with a bowed edge sitting area. Ariela offered key recommendations to make sure the peninsula shape would look right when it was in-place. We are completely happy with our new granite countertops and with their very professional team of installers. The way they accommodated our uneven walls to make a perfect mate with the granite showed that they have the ideal combination of skill and artistry. The finished counters are beautiful in both the kitchens and the baths. You can’t go wrong with choosing First Class Marble for your project!

Excellent experience. First class customer service. They installed two marble counter tops in my master bath and children's bath in Narragansett RI. I am completely satisfied with the installation. Dealt with Junior and will be going thru this company again when we begin our renovation with our rental property in Newport RI.

I have used First Class Marble in the past for my bathroom counters and fireplace. Their price, service and quality is superb and there was no doubt that I would use them again for my granite counters for our kitchen remodel project. They do fantastic work, honor their appointments and were quick to put our project in production and install. I highly recommend them!

They were very prompt coming to remove old counter and template the new. Was only a week from then that the new counter was installed!

These guys did an awesome job. Cost was $4,500 for island and 2nd counter in quartz. It completely transformed my kitchen. They were friendly, efficient and let me take pictures of the process. they did the removal and reinstallation in 6 days after I picked the slab at their warehouse. Highly recommend them.

Great, we dealt primarily with Harry who was easy to work with. We shopped around and he gave us a very good price. Installation was a breeze and was done fast and professionally. I would definitely recommend First Class and certainly would use them again.

They were a bit pricey, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend 1st Class Marble & Granite Inc. They were very professional from the office crew to the installers. The delivery date was set & right on time with no surprises.The granite slab we picked out was waiting for us & the template was moved around the slab for us to pick what we liked. I wasted alot of time at different places, wishing I had come here first. They really went out of their way to meet our wishes. And the price was great! Whether you visit other stores, you must come here before you decide, You know what? Your crazy if you don't come here first.

First Class went above and beyond to work with us and verifying the measurements and making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

I am a designer and have worked with the good and the bad in the industy. First Class Marble and Granite is always great. They do what they say, in the budget and timeframe promissed and working with them spares me the re-dos and issues that come with a LOT of other places. When it was time for me to replace my own counter tops, I called First Class Marble and Granite and they did a truly beautiful job. There were issues with my kitchen and they navigated them all perfectly. I am thrilled! I rarely write reviews but really wanted to make sure to share my positive experience with First Class Marble and Granite.

I was in a jam, and the response from First Class Marble was tremendous. After our designer explained the situation, James helped us out of a tight spot. He came through with a template the next day, and delivery and installation within 10 days! I could not be more thankful for the quick response and turnaround. Everyone who came out - template and installation - were professional, took their time, and did a superb job.

Ive never seen better customer service! The installation guys were fast and answered all my questions, the show room is beautiful and the people at the office are great, I would recommend them to anyone in the massachusetts area looking for great granite/marble services.

The guys installing the countertops made a mistake that stopped the job mid way. This was not intentional and could have happened to anyone. I needed it done that day so they made sure to get it fixed and come back when they could. After the install was complete, they were very professional in sending me a Bonsai Plant for the bar and the owner, Leo even hand delivered a cutting board made from the same granite. They were very classy and professional! Thank you Andre and Leo!

Flawless work, timely and affordable.

Excellent - James was very helpful - I chose a quartz counter for my bath - when I was ready to have them measure after the tile people were done, they were very responsive - came within a day, and the counter was ready to be installed within two days. I was very pleased with their service, courtesy and professionalism. They did a great job and the counter looks beautiful. They also have a great selection of beautiful tiles.

The entire team at First Class Granite & Marble did a fantastic job! We are in the process of doing a complete renovation of our 20yr old kitchen and had some nightmare issues with the kitchen design vendor and we had dreaded the task of selecting / installing the counter tops. However, the team at First Class Granite & Marble renewed our faith in that there are GREAT companies that can make the kitchen renovation process seamless. The sales staff, scheduling and field team were clearly “on top of their game”. They guided us through the entire process and delivered a fabulous product. We can’t say enough great things about the team. Look no further for a company that can over deliver on their promises!

Worst granite & co Ordered white wave granite was told it was brand new to them and beautiful after counters were installed I was told don't put anything on them for 24 hrs so I didn't question the haze and what looked liked dried water spots under the sealant . After a few days and still looking hazy and spotty I called 1st class. The owner came out was very unprofessional stated it was the stone that it wasn't anything his people did he stated his company was named 1st class cause that was the type of work they did I told him the appearance of the stone was unacceptable and there was no way anyone would be happy in spending 3,000 and getting crap. He told me I could go to the manufacture warehouse and pick out another slab I forget the warehouse name but at the time I looked them up and there reviews were terrible. I called him and write him and asked him if it was the stone why would I go pick another slab of it and because that didn't make since is why I didn't believe his excuses I told him it looked like it was improperly sealed and for that reason I wanted him to come pick up the counters and give my money back. Sometime later he called and left a message he was still waiting for me to go to the warehouse . I had several company's come over and state it was improperly sealed but one put it in writing also the cost is as much as the stone to refinsh. Also the stone was scratched and they chipped a piece too which the owner just shrugged said no biggie can buff out the scratch and you'll cover the chipped piece with caulking. So now I'm left with having to live with crap or drag this guy to court

I just wanted to say that although I didn't end up going with this company. I had soapstone installed instead of granite. I did have a good experience with them, taking home many samples and generally driving them nuts with a million questions. They were very patient with me and I would definitely have used them had I decided on Granite. nice people
