Started good, didn't see to many ants, but they seem to be back in a smaller amount. The Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'm confidant they will get the job done. I purchased a one year program as I think it will take a few applications to get rid of them completely

arrived on time. Very professional, discussed what he was going to do. We had mice getting onto the basement. Left bait traps and blocked any obvious entries. Also told us how we can prevent future entries. I would recommend to friends. Fantastic service

We have been battling carpenter ants for more than 2 years. Although we have had this professionally treated in the past, we have never seen anything more than a temporary reduction in numbers. The guys from F and W came out, explained the necessary steps to ensure long term success, carried out these steps (over several hours - never have we had such thorough work), determined the ultimate source of the problem (which other providers had never bothered to look for), and treated accordingly. Although it has only been a few days, I am confident based on their approach that we will see a huge improvement. Further, they guarantee their work, so will come back if the problem does remain!

They are very good. We contracted them about 7 or 8 years ago because of carpenter ant infestation and we have been contracted with them every since. They are competent, they're nice, they give good feedback. If you get a pest that they haven't dealt with they will keep it within their yearly price and they respond immediately, they are very quick. I think the price is reasonable, we keep paying it. We are so pleased with the way they dealt with the initial infestation and the way they continued to be so competent that we haven't even looked for other people.

. The tech comes 4 x per year to prevent pests from entering the house. He is professional and cortious.

I have been using Fand W Pest Control for about one year for services. I currently have an annual service agreement with them and pay an annual fee. We receive treatment for ants around our foundation. If I see more ants they are very willing to come back and retreat until they fix whatever issues we have at no extra charge. The price is good for the services provided.

I have quarterly treatments with them. I like that they always call the day before they are coming. They always give us an update of what they do or do not find. Their service people are always very curtious and nice. We haven't had any problems with pests either.
