Mr. O'Brien was wonderful! He kept in contact with me and completed the job ahead of schedule. This allowed me to keep on track with the remodeling job for my home. Very professional and customer minded! I would recommend his company to anyone that requires surveying help.

Dennis was great. I had major time constraints on when the survey needed to be submitted for an approval board with my town. Not only did Dennis send his team out the next business day, but I had the survey I had my survey the following day. His survey was far more detailed than the one I received a few years back. His pricing was far less than the other quotes I received to boot. I will need to have the site surveyed again during construction and again at the end. I will definitely be calling Dennis O'Brien back.

Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable.

The product furnished has to be the absolute worst document that I have ever seen in my 40+ years of Civil/Structural engineering. Did not respond to a question posed regarding the survey basis from which I believe incorrect data was utilized. I would NEVER RECOMMEND or use this surveyor agaain. If could have I would rate the quality of service at less than "0".

He did Elevation Certificate as asked and went the extra step and prepared the FEMA letter and other documents to be removed from flood insurance all together. Very happy with the experience.

Dennis OBrian's company was great. I emailed and asked for a quote and within an hour I got an email response back telling me exactly how much it would cost. They came within two weeks and I received my plans shortly after. Everyone was friendly and nice. I was walked through my property after and shown exactly what I owned. I would recomend using them..I had a great experience.
