The surveyors came out quickly and did a great job. I was told originally they would be able to do the job in 2 to 3 weeks but they actually finished the survey and marked the property borders 1 week after my initial contact.

Dennis quoted me a price for his services ,did what he said he would for the price he quoted. A professional.

When the gentleman came I didn't know they where there. I seen them when I went out. My sister came home and told me some men when walking around. So I went out and ask them if they where from Dennis and they said yes. They showed me my borders and they mark them very clear for me to understand where my lines are. The where very helpful. Dennis did exactly as promised and when promised and his survey cleared up some boundary questions. Only thing I would like better is if he were to record the survey, but that was not part of the agreement and I can see where that could be a problem unless the client asked for it. Also very happy with ServiceMagic.

they arrived just a few days after my call, and did a great job. By their survey of my properety line I found out that my neighbor's fence was actually on my property. They were professional in handling the irate comments of my neighbor! I would use them again.
