Wonderful. She provided lots of drawings of options for us and kept in touch without being pushy. Once we decided to order the closets, they were able to provide them within a week. The installers were on-time, and installed the closets without leaving any trace of mess. The closets are white laminate and good quality build.

It was excellent. We were extremely pleased. She came right out and designed the whole thing on the spot with me sitting there telling her what was and was not important to me. They did the work well and the price was very competitive. They did follow up several times to make sure everything was okay and to assure I was happy with the work. I would absolutely use them again, and I would highly recommend them as well.

They did a great job. They are very careful, and they are very responsive to my requests. I had lots of fear and concerns and they were able to reassure me very courteously. They did some additional work for me at no additional charge, and they were very helpful and accommodating. When they had completed a few of the closets I thought some minor readjustments needed to be made, and they made those adjustments with no complaints. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

It was great. They did a super job. They were incredibly easy to deal with. They were there on time and they cleaned everything perfectly. I literally just had to hang my clothes in the closet when they were done. I would certainly use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Closet & Storage Concepts. We were buying a new place and wanted the closets and pantry done before we moved out stuff in. I called and spoke to Michelle to schedule a consultation. Denise came and measured the closets and spaces while I was having a home inspection and running around distracted. She came up with amazing designs that were exactly what we wanted and also came up with great ideas we wouldn't have imagined to maximize the space. They accomodated my tight timeline. I gave them a week or two's notice and they were able to schedule the work to be done when we needed it to be done. We were promised a certain closing date and scheduled Closet and Storage Concepts to come out a week after that. Unfortunately, the closing date kept being pushed back. The day before C&S C were supposed to come out, we still did not know when we were going to close and whether they could get in. They were extremely gracious and accomodating through the whole ordeal. Scott, Doug and Mike drove all the way out came to install the closets at our instructions before the closing. We had to tell them to hold off because the seller refused to okay the work before the closing. They, again, were so patient and gracious about it. They did excellent work, cleaned up everything so it was spotless afterwards. All the work took 2 days. From Michelle to Denise to Scott, Mike and Doug, they were a fantastic company who provided excellent workmanship and service. There is not a single doubt in my mind that I would use them again if I needed any future closet work done.

Our closets had deep spaces and weird angles and Elizabeth, the designer, had great ideas for all of them. They installed all the closet shelves/bars in one day and were clean and professional. We are incredibly happy with the results and would use again, definitely!

Each design was thoughtful, carefully geared to the needs of each child (as she grows, as well), and maximized the use of the available closet space in an old house. The phone was answered quickly when I called and the person who answered (Michelle) was courteous and helpful. The design consultant, Elizabeth, even agreed to come over two days in a row (shortly after my initial call, too) b/c of quirky scheduling issues on my part. She was lovely and professional and a pleasure to deal with (and excellent at what she does) both days. She quickly drafted a design for each closet after listening to my needs and she showed creativity and flexibility, as well, in that process. The builders then came to install the closets three days later and they did a beautiful job. They left no mess at all. And the price was more than fair and less than I had expected to have to spend. Wow! All in all, a great experience.

We had used Closet & Storage Concepts about 5-7 years ago and when selecting a closet company for our new house, I went to Angie's list to see what was recommended. Reading the reviews on Angie's list I remembered why I liked Closet & Storage Concepts so much. Elizabeth puts together excellent designs and really pays attention to customers' needs. She made excellent use of what was a tricky space in our two closets and had good suggestions for additional items we might want. The installation of the closets went very smoothly. The look beautiful and function very well for us.

Elizabeth, about whom Angie's List members rave, came to our house to look at our space - a former small room that our contractor gutted, so we could have a walk-in closet - prepared a design and gave us a price. Elizabeth was as lovely and professional as described in other members' comments. She provided us with an attractive, workable design that optimized our space. We would have hired Closet & Storage Concepts except that we had scheduled a third company, and their designer, though far less experienced than Elizabeth, came up with the same design for $400 less. We hired the third company, based on the price differential.

We were starting from scratch with two completely empty walk-in closets. Elizabeth, the designer, came to our home and carefully measured the closets. Then she sat down with us for almost two hours to design the closet systems based on what we told her our needs would be. She was great to work with, and didn't try to push us to buy higher-priced items or things we didn't need. In fact, she suggested we shorten one set of shelves to make it easier to walk in the closet. She clearly explained how she calculated the pricing, and we knew our total cost that day. Design, materials, and labor were all included in the price. About 2 weeks later (could have been sooner, but we were out of town), two installers came to put in the systems. They were on time, and very professional. They finished both closets that day, and left no mess behind. The installers were missing one small component of a shoe holder, but they were able to put everything in without it. The company mailed me the part, and it arrived within a couple of days and was easy to put in myself. We've been very happy with the closet systems. They turned out just as we'd expected, and seem very sturdy and well-installed.

Design professional was prompt and courteous at first meeting. Also very responsive on follow-up discussion. However, we went a different route due to both pricing and design issues that were no fault of Closet & Storage. [Note: Work was initiated 1/08]

We turned to Closet & Storage Concepts after a frustrating experience with another closet design and installation company (who twice committed to designs they eventually could not install). Elizabeth from C&SC came out promptly, within a few days of our first call, and listened to our requirements for the space. A design was completed and approved. Unfortunately, it took a few weeks to schedule the install because apparently our project was considered small, and therefore had to be tacked onto the end of another project in the area. Eventually it was scheduled; the installer showed up at 10:30am despite calling at 9am to say he was 30-45 minutes away. The closet looked great when I saw it that evening, but the shelves were not tall enough to hold my stand-mixer, which was one of our initial requirements. I called to complain and they sent Scott out the next day to fix it, which he did (arriving at 8am). We are delighted with our new space.

I am so impressed from start to finish with this company. I called and had an appointment made with Elizabeth to revamp our teeny tiny master bedroom closet that is shared by my husband and myself. Elizabeth was both friendly and professional and created an incredible design that gave us tons more space. Our appointment was for 12/21, but for some reason I thought it was the 20th and I totally gutted the closet in preparation for their arrival. I called and they were able to accommodate me and send someone over right away. A second installer came and they were done in nearly no time at all. Additionally, they cleaned up everything after themselves, which is a rarity with any contractor. The closet is a masterpiece and it is a pleasure to go in and find what we need without tripping over ourselves. I intend to use Closet and Storage Concepts again when we do our addition and I recommend them highly as they are the absolute best in the business!

Superb! The initial phone consultation was helpful and an appointment set up promptly. The consultation at my home was efficient; Elizabeth's suggestions were creative. She even suggested using some of our existing shelving, which resulted in less revenue for her. Elizabeth made excellent suggestions about "extra accessories", but did NOT go overboard trying to nickel and dime us. The installation appointment was set for only 2 days later! The workers were prompt, courteous, and skilled. The work was done that afternoon. Only 2 minor things: First, we should have painted the walls in the closets after demolition and before installation. This would have taken longer, but in the long run I will probably need to paint the walls anyway. Elizabeth predicted that we wouldn't notice the dinged walls, but we do. Second, the shoe cubbies are a bit flimsy (made out of thin plastic), in contrast to everything else, which is extremely sturdy and beautiful.

I had a good experience with Elizabeth and the company. She had good suggestions that complemented my ideas. Both Elizabeth and the installer showed up on time and were professional and efficient. I am pleased with the final work product and felt that I got better value for my money than with CA Closets, which I had used for another closet.

I had a great experience. Elizabeth drew a sketch on-site of a re-design for my two closets to allow more space for clothes. She also made changes when requested at two different times by phone. She always answered my questions promptly and was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The contractors did a great job and were also very professional.

Elizabeth did a great job designing the closets. I had three companies come out and all were good designs, but Elizabeth thought of some details that the others did not. The estimate was in the middle of the three. The gentlemen who installed the closets arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. We had the basic white laminate shelves with wire baskets installed, and everything seems to be good quality. The baskets slide in and out very smoothly. We love our organized closets, and they are lifetime guaranteed.

ELIZABETH WAS THE DESIGNER. SHE DID A GREAT JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH KITCHEN CLOSET. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR COATS AND TONS OF STORAGE NOW. SHE ALSO LOOKED AT AND DESIGNED TWO OTHER BEDROOM CLOSETS WHICH I WILL HAVE INSTALLED IN THE SPRING.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. ELIZABETH'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN DRAWING OUT CLOSET SPACE WAS EXCELLENT AND EASY TO REVIEW AND CHANGES WERE PROMPTLY AND CORRECTLY INCORPORATED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE.

ELIZABETH COLLABORATED VERY WELL WITH ME ON PLANNING AND WAS HAPPY TO MAKE A COUPLE OF CHANGES IN THE PLAN. INSTALLATION WAS QUICK AND ON TIME. THEY RETURNED PROMPTLY TO FIX A MINOR PROBLEM WITH A DRAWER.
