Description of Work: I had a relatively new employee prepare tax returns for me and my father-in-law. We needed CT and Mass state tax prep due to moving mid year. On the plus side, we sat there and got it all done in one sitting, which I was impressed with. It did take >4 hours all together though, and there were several issues the accountant had to consult with his boss to be sure he was doing things right. That's fine, but at the end of the day (actually a few days later), they called saying an error was made. They did need another form from me, one that I did not yet have, but was able to get (Mass proof of medical coverage), resulting in me getting some money back.
