Provider was a no-show for our first and only appointment. I haven't heard from him.

Spoke to Antonio on the phone. He seemed polite and said he would come to check on 2 projects we wanted -- a new wall and a bathroom remodel. He said he'd be there at a specific date and time, then never showed up. Never called. Never followed up. And that's someone you should never use.

Antonio is well equipped and versatile. He is polite, friendly and responsive. He provides valuable input about options that influence quality and price. His pricing is not always the lowest but it is never the highest. He provides an excellent value and understands how to estimate projects such that there are no "surprises." He stands by his quotes. We trust him in our house when we aren't there and our kids and dog know and like him. He cleans up after his work is done and is conscious of the fact that we need to live in our house while he works. When jobs take longer than expected, Antonio works diligently to get the job completed and doesn't cut corners. He's good about work around your schedule or other constraints you may have. Often, when it's a job I think I could have done myself (like my patio), watching the effort he puts in makes me realize that I would not cave come close to doing it as well as he would and his team spends many more hours being thorough than I would have. For anyone concerned with language, Antonio speaks very good English and makes sure that there is always someone on site who does for times when he needs to leave while his crew works (we've had bad experiences with other contractors on this topic). If Antonio isn't equipped to do a project, he knows someone who is and will manage the process so we don't have multiple vendors to deal with. I have referred many friends to him.

We selected this company out of Framingham, owned by Antonio Santiago, because my son had used them on a number of interior and exterior projects in Sudbury, MA including a large deck, interior walls, ceilings, door and structural alteration. His superb experience persuaded us to use the firm for our work. They started and finished on time. The most impressive thing is their versatility, and their ability to deal with every challenge, gracefully and within scope. No extra charges. Great attention to detail. Mr. Santiago speaks excellent English plus Portuguese and Spanish. One of his workers spoke very little English, but was an excellent and skilled worker. It was helpful to be able to discuss the project in English as the work progressed, easy since Mr. Santiago was on-site when the work was being done We are simply delighted, and certainly will use this company again.
