We had Gary come and look at the burner and he was able to fix it for a few hundred dollars. He was very honest and reasonable.

The work is excellent, from arrival to departure. Everything about the water heater is working well. It began with Jerry's kind and helpful response to my initial call, and even his patience to work with my difficult schedule to arrange a meeting for estimate. I believe the job was straight-forward, with no complications. He explained what would be involved, and anything you need to know upfront, during and after. The day of work went very smoothly-- all within a few hours. And he arrives on time. The estimate remained the final price. The outside work on the irrigation pipe also went smoothly and was quick. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. And I will share that he is also a very kind and caring man. I will certainly be contacting him for any future work.

I think the ultimate testimony of Jerry's work is in the results -- our new boiler has been flawless and superior to what we'd had previously, and the repaired pipes are perfect. Add to the quality of the work the general conditions he worked under -- ie, a cold basement, and later a still-draining, ruined basement -- and his dedication is apparent. Given that we've needed his help in emergency conditions, the pricing seems absolutely fair, and he's always been up front about costs, and has come within estimates without fail. I can't stress enough how timely, professional, and just kind Jerry has been. Beyond dropping things to help us on a weekend, he's always shown a level of concern for us personally that is truly hard to come by. One great example was calling me well after his main work was done to remind me to call our town water department to make sure we weren't billed for water used from the burst pipes. I can't think of any other service provider I've worked with that shows that level of thought and concern. Jerry is an outstanding guy, and he's more than earned our loyalty.

Had a minor plumbing leak and was referred to Gerry. I called him on 9/11 mid-day and he offered to come out that afternoon. The leak was minor so we agreed that first thing on 9/12 was fine. Gerry called before his arrival to confirm and, when doiing the job, was efficient, professional and courteous. He proposed minor upgrades to the kitchen sink supply lines to prevent future leaks and the upgrades were very inexpensive and made perfect sense. I would definately use Gerry again and would recommend him to anyone in the MetroWest area.

Our hot water heater blew. Steve vacuumed much of the water out - thankfully not too awful - and Gerry came almost immediately with the replacement. We hadn't worked with Gerry before and in fact I'd reached out to Jim Bertino who lives around the corner from me. I didn't know Jim either but really want to work with local professionals. Jim couldn't make it out yesterday (he was VERY nice and apologetic) and when I asked him who he could recommend, he said Gerry Waterman. I checked Angie's List and Gerry was on there with great reviews so I just dropped back 5 and punted. So glad I did - Gerry was great. Professional, courteous, genuinely nice guy who came in with what he needed, got the job done for a very fair price, took his stuff and the old heater and was gone by noonish. Really got us out of a jam and did great work.Highly recommend Gerry. Also want to say "thanks" to James (Jim) Bertino for the solid referral. You're both awesome.

The job was completed on time, without any quality issues.

Responded in 45 minutes to my call. Spent time to ensure that the leak was coming from the water line as opposed to the heating pipes. Identified the location (behind a wall) where the break likely occurred. Removed the broken pipe, replaced with new pipe, and did a check of the water and heating system. Very professional and helpful.
