Fantastic job! Arrived on time - 6.30am as agreed as we're early risers, and despite the heat did not stop until complete. Quietly and smoothly went through the whole house carefully dismantling each window section, cleaning every part and once complete, carefully putting everything back together as new! I read the other reviews and believe me - they're true! Great job! Definitely use Richard again - great price and service.

Richard answers his phone, returns calls promptly, schedules appointments and shows up on time. He does his job well and on budget and on time. He washed our windows so clean that they reflect light like a mirror. Richard didn't give up when the work got hot and frustrating and the big storm windows were difficult to slide. When I thanked him, he said he was just doing his job. Mr. Nascimento exceeded our expectations.

Richard was very accommodating. I needed to reschedule the appointment at the last minute and he was able to move the date to accommodate me. He cleaned every window inside and outside of the home. The screens were cleaned and replaced and everything looked great when he was done. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. We will have him clean our windows next year as well.

I called Sunshine in the evening and they responded that same evening. After comparing other prices, I accepted their offer and we set a date. I was called two times before the appointment to verify and he showed up exactly when I expected. He, Edward, did MORE than I expected. I definitely recommend him to everyone and will call him again.

We chose to use Richard's services based on the great reviews here. Richard did an outstanding job on our new house. He came the prior week for an estimate and the price given at that time was the price paid at project completion. We had tons of spiderwebs and it seemed the windows had not been cleaned for over a year by the previous owners; by the time he was done they were totally spotless! Screens were taken out and cleaned thoroughly and window sills were totally clean when he was done. Richard was friendly, on-time, professional and respectful of our home. I plan on using his services every year including window and gutter cleaning too.

Richard did an amazing job. No only were the windows clean but they were cleaner than I had ever seen them. He did by combination doors as well which was hard to keep clean since my dog kept putting his nose on them - but that did not stop Richard from making sure that they were all clean before he left. He did 23 windows and four doors in 4 hours by himself. My brother stopped by while Richard was working and got his card too! I have sent his card to a number of friends. We will be using him again.

Richard did a great job. He arrived a little bit early and got right to work. he was very pleasant to deal with and did a spectacular job on the windows. We will definitely use him again!

Richard has been my go-to guy for window cleaning for the past five years. He has always done a superb job from start to finish. He is a diligent worker and prides himself on doing a great job. His pricing is also very reasonable compared to the competition. Highly recommend him. Also, we use his wife, Val to do our weekly housecleaning. She is the best, and very reasonable. You can't go wrong using either of them. It's actually a pleasure to give people like them your business.

Awesome awesome awesome. So thorough and extremely good price. It is a one man operation so it takes a while, but I am so so so pleased with the results. Will always go to Richard for window washing from now on and I'm going to start using him for my gutter cleaning as well.

From soup to nuts, I am very happy with our experience with Richard! I contacted him after reading glowing reviews on Angie's List, and he called me right back to arrange a time to see our house, price the project (very reasonable!), and set up a time to wash the windows and porches. He is so nice, and it was clear when we met him that he takes pride in his work and will do an excellent job. We decided to do the project over two days, and he arrived on time both days. The porches and windows look amazing, and he left no mess -- inside or outside. We will certainly ask Richard to clean our windows and porches again!

Richard (the owner) was very quick to return my initial call. He completed a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. He called the day before to confirm the time and price. When he arrived he was right on time. He did a wonderful job. All the windows, screens, and window sills were spotless. I will definitely use him again next year.

Richard was great to deal with -- both completely responsive when I initially called him (I caught him in the car and he called me right back as soon as he had stopped), and able to walk me through enough of the details of the job to give me an accurate estimate over the phone. He lives down the road a piece from us, so, when he had an opening a couple days earlier than planned, he dropped by on his way home to check to see if we'd like to get the windows done early. We did. (And it gave us an opportunity to double-check the specs on the job.) He showed up right on the dot and got right into it. We have some fairly massive hedges up against the house, and almost every workman who has had to work on the outside of the house has given me fairly unending grief about them, from start to finish, throughout the job (I don't like them either, to be fair). Richard took one look at them, commented, "those will be a pain" and went on with the job without further comment. He had to move some furniture to get to a few windows, but he was careful to replace everything as it had been, and to put all of the triple-tracks together again correctly. And the windows came out beautifully -- absolutely spotless! We'll totally have him back to do the windows again in the future.

Richard did a fantastic job!! We are getting ready to sell our house and the windows sparkle now! This makes everything inside shine! He called and asked if he could come a day early which was great because it was going to rain the next day. He gave me the estimate over the phone which was exactly what he charged on the day of service:) He arrived on time and got right to work. It took him about 4 hours to finish and he worked all alone. Richard did an amazing job washing all of our windows. He was prompt, hard working, courteous and thorough. Our windows were very dirty and by the time he was done they looked new again. I would highly recommend this company if you need your windows washed.

Richard came to do the work on-time. He was very friendly and courteous. When he left all window were sparkling on the outside and the inside. My windows never looks so good. We will be using him every year.

What can I say that hasn't been said already. Responsive, on time (early), hard working, honest, and thorough. I also think the price was right for the job. We left Rich alone in our townhome since we had some errands to run. He was done in about 6 hours. Nice job. The only thing that i will nit pic is that i had to wipe down some of the sills since some dirty water from windows were not wiped up completey.

All interactions with Richard were excellent. From the time I called and left a message - he returned my call promptly and happened to be working on the other side of my town so came over that day to give me a quote and schedule. We were preparing for a party so we wanted to have the work done before the gathering. He scheduled accordingly and completed the work when he said he would. He works alone which can have its pros and cons. The only downside that I can think of is that it takes a little longer - but the job got done when he said so that's all that matters to me! A big pro to working alone is the quality control. Richard is meticulous in his work and it shows. My wife can be very picky when it comes to things of this nature, and she never asked him to "re-do" any windows. We will definitely use Richard annually (or more) to clean our windows.

Provider showed up early. Reviewed what I was asking him to do. Got right to work and did an excellent job cleaning windows that had not been washed in a LONG time.

Richard did an amazing job. He is personable, organized and does a very high quality job of cleaning windows. He returned my telephone call immediately; arrived on time and was a consummate professional. I have passed his name around to friends and co-workers and will definitely use him again!

I can't say enough good things about Richard and his professionalism and attention to detail. Surprisingly, he quoted us $500 and then actually lowered the price to $450 before he left the first day. He came back a couple days later, finished the job, then asked me to come out and inspect his work to make sure I was satisfied. Besides writing this review, I hope to have the opportunity to refer Richard to friends and family when they need a window cleaner and/or power washer.

The best!! I would highly recommend this organization. rRchard came and spent two whole days cleaning our many windows--on 4th floors. The weather was freezing and the windows were hard to lift and move around. Richard was a delight--very hard working, competent and kind. The house looks brand new. Excellent worker. The service is really good. Jennifer is very responsive and easy to reach via email. They're very quick and they do a good job.

The service undertaken surpassed our expectations with thorough work, on time arrival, cleaning all the insides of the windows (doing more than we had discussed over the phone) and left us impressed---and thankful! It was a real struggle to get someone to return phone calls and for the one who did, we received VERY questionable customer service. This was markedly different with Sunshine Window Cleaning--prompt answering of the phone, clear response to pricing, honoring of a senior discount as noted on Angie's List, and, most importantly, stellar work! We will definitely use this organization again!

Great! My windows had not been cleaned since we moved in 10 years ago . He was very diligent and thorough and spent 5 to 6 hours cleaning our 4 bedroom colonial.
