 + -1 moreWe hired Suburban to install an irrigation system in our yard. Mike was extremely helpful in talking us through the process, and was a pleasure to work with! We worked around some other contractors that we were using for another project, and was very accommodating. We took the time to walk us through the new system and how to use it most efficiently, which I really appreciated. So glad to chose to use them!

 + -1 moreCould not schedule a 15 min. minor service call for two weeks. They then insisted it had to be on a Sat. Morning and then didn't show up or re-schedule because staff person had a stomach ache. Complaint to management (Bill?) on following Monday was met denial, challenges, rudeness, yelling and typical attitude of those who think they own the "market". Give your business to someone who cares.
Description of Work: Nothing. That was the problem . Company did sprinkler installation under prior owner -- appears to have been done well - but 6 weeks past start of Spring, no sprinklers and we were willing to pay $110 to get it done timely..
