SSC Window Cleaning and Gutters

Great. I can't see the gutters to tell if they're perfectly clean, but they were up there for a while and a good amount of stuff came down. My favorite part is they came the next morning after I made the request.

Fine, although one guy spent a lot of time sitting on the ground using his cell phone. He did eventually go up the ladder, but then his buddy was unoccupied.

It went great. Adriano's team was very easy to work with, and they came two days in a row to handle our very leaf-clogged gutters, and the repair of our downspouts (missing pieces, loose connections, etc). The cost of this service is represented below. Scheduling the work was easy, and email reminders were very helpful. Very professional team of guys, hard-working and did a great job efficiently. We called Adriano again recently to clean the gutters of leaves again, and it was super-easy to schedule them, and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

The biggest problem was getting the group to the house to perform the job. A day before the scheduled work date I was sent an email saying they couldn't honor the original two-hour window provided at scheduling, and that instead the work would be performed sometime during the day after noon. The work ended not up being done on that day at all, but two days later. Once here the workmen were polite and professional, and as far as I can tell did a good job. (I can't see into our upper gutters, so I can't completely verify that.) The final price matched the original quote and seemed very reasonable.

Another great job by Adriano and his team! I've used them now for several years at two different houses and couldn't be more pleased. Adriano is very responsive and easy to work with. Scheduling is a simple online affair, but they also respond to email requests. I may hire them to clean my windows next. Highly recommend.

Excellent job!! All windows cleaned with soap, water, squeegee and cloth. Adriano responded to our phone call promptly and came to our home within a few hours to provide us with a reasonable estimate. Workmen were punctual, thorough and professional.

They did a very good job - very thorough. Window look great. Also did a small screen door repair at no charge which was nice. It was a rainy day but the rain stopped for long enough to do the outside windows. Lots of leaves blowing around and some ended up in the house from the workers coming in from outside, so they need to be a little more careful inside the house with both tracking things in and dripping the window cleaning solution a little here and there. But it was not much, so overall they did a great job and the windows look fantastic. Anything I asked them they gave me an answer and explained to me.

It went very well. Adriano is very responsive. His crew came to my house even though it was late and completed all they could before dark. They came back later in week to finish job. Adriano pointed out a number of low-expense maintenance recommendations to avoid future problems.

SSC did a great job. They were on time and worked quickly but well. My skylights were particularly difficult and they did a great job.

SSC arrived on-time and executed the work in the time allocated (approximately 6 hours) Like several other reviewers have stated, our windows looked noticeably cleaner as I drove up to the house, and even moreso as I walked up our sidewalk The true shock was how clean the windows looked from the inside looking out! Even better, with only a few minor exceptions, I could not tell anyone had been in the house doing this clearly dirty & extensive work I would not hesitate recommending SSC to others, and will consider them for my future gutter cleaning needs as well.

Sampaio power washed and cleaned our porch and deck. They did an excellent job and were very thorough, polite, and professional.

Sampaio Services Company came today and cleaned out windows. The change in our house was noticeable from half a mile away as we drove up the street. Quite simply, the house has never looked more beautiful. I had no idea how our dirty windows had detracted from the look of our home. Now that they are clean, the entire house sparkles from far away. I can't say enough... it's simply breathtaking. From inside it feels like walls for dust, accumulated over years, have been stripped away. Why didn't we do this earlier? In preparation of our daughter's wedding, we decided to get the windows cleaned as part of getting the house ready for out-of-town guests. I asked Adriano for a quote through Angie's List. Adriano and his team were very good at reaching out to schedule dates and discuss prices. His prices were very reasonable. He and his team arrived 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, it had begun to rain and we were expecting torrential downpours that day. I asked him if they could still clean the windows outside; he said it wasn't a problem as most of our windows were Newpro replacement windows. They wore booties so they wouldn't tramp in dirt through the house. Part of a window was broken by his team as they tried to unhinge it. He showed us the damage and offered to pay for the replacement. His team was very efficient, timely, and courteous, as was Adriano himself. It was a pleasure meeting him and his crew. We would definitely hire him again.

This company was terrific! They arrived right on time, did a great job of cleaning the gutters and performed the job quickly (a two-person crew), and they advised us of some damage to our neighbor's roof, of which he was unaware. They were very friendly and knowledgable, and we will call them again for gutter cleaning and washing our windows this spring.
