SSC wrote several times to confirm appointment. They called the morning of the cleaning to say they were running a little late, but came within 20 minutes of appointed time. Three very pleasant and hard-working crew members worked simultaneously inside and outside on our condo built in the 19th century. The work was completed two weeks ago and I still feel thrilled when I look at my sparkling clean windows.

At first everything seemed to be fabulous - I received the quote online and was able to schedule the appointment right online. I received a lot of response from the company on my arrival window (several texts and emails to confirm the appointment). The crew was suppose to arrive between 7:20 am and 10:20 am. I received a phone call the night prior stating they would be done with the work by mid-late morning. I called the office a couple times and left a voicemail asking for an ETA - but no response. The crew did not arrive at my home until 2:30 PM with NO call to let me know they were running late (resulting in the F for punctuality). It would not have been a big deal except they never notified me they would be late. I am aware that I did not need to be there - but since this is our first home we wanted to make sure everything was being done correctly. The crew also did not mention or apologize for not being on time. It seems the quality of work was good - but for me customer service is the biggest deal breaker. May or may not be hiring them again due to that fact.

Very well. SSC came out the same week as we requested service, were very polite and did a good job.

They did a great job and even tested them after they completed it. The guy doing it came back the next day on his own (without asking) to double check that he had tested all of the downspouts. It was an amazing experience after having previous gutter cleaning contractors doing the work with leaf blowers (rather than actually getting the stuff out) and another contractor where they just put a bag of someone else's leaves on the driveway, grabbed the check and then left.

I've been trying to schedule two other companies on this list for over a month and neither showed up. Contacted SSC on a Monday and they came on Friday. Great services, excellent work. I wish I had called them sooner and saved myself the trouble of looking elsewhere. They have online order management system that makes scheduling a breeze. They communicate by email and text and make sure you are fully updated on ETA. Very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Reasonable cost, professional service, and results were just what we wanted. Definitely would use them again. Very polite and careful workers, and very thorough.

Setting up the appointment was easy on their calendar site allowing me to pick a time and date. The response to confirm was quick and easy from SSC. The workers were courteous and professional, with the whole job taking about an hour. The one snafu came when I was called to reschedule the appointment after there was an issue the morning of the work, but SSC was able to move it to early afternoon on the same day, which wasn't a problem for me. Happy to work with them again.

It went well - I love the results. The crew was delayed in their arrival, but they called along the way to let me know there were running late. When they got there, I found them to be very professional and polite. I have 20 windows that they cleaned.

They did a good job. They were on time, and they started at the crack of dawn. Which didn't work for me. It was a communication issue. They were early. They were very good.

It looks beautiful. We will be putting our house on the market soon and with the work the SSC did, we feel like everything really shines now. They were very responsive in calling me back, providing service information, giving a quote, and scheduling. They were able to fit us in on short notice. Adriano has been very communicative and checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy with how it all came out. We will absolutely use them again in the future!

I called SSC window cleaning for a quote (after speaking to some larger window cleaning companies) and spoke with Adriano Sampaio (of Sampaio Services Company). Adriano gave me a great price for a Deluxe Window Cleaning for the 22 windows in my home. SSC confirmed my appointment a few days prior via email, and then arrived right on time on the day of my services. The crew was very nice, and worked quickly and efficiently. They also made sure that if anything was moved in order to access the window, it was moved back and the area was left clean. Every window was sparkling clean and it really allowed more light to come into the house - just beautiful. SSC even cleaned our garage windows, even though they were not included in the quote - just great customer service! I highly recommend SSC and will definitely hire them again.

Scheduling the service was extremely frustrating since provider was not responsive, spoke limited English, and ultimately arrived at my home at a time that had not been scheduled. Fortunately, I was at home, but since workers did not speak English at all, I had to figure out that they rper Since work completed was on the roof, I was unable to check quality, but was not pleased that they threw all of the debris in the yard instead of placing it in trash bags as former providers had done.
