The experience with SSC gutters was great. I put in a request for a quote from another company and SSC at the same time and SSC replied immediately when it took the other company 4 days. The SSC quote was $100 more than the other company, but the other company failed to reply to me and continued to push out the job to the point the did not seem reliable. I went back to SSC to move forward with them. They were prompt with the response and scheduling. They even moved my appointment forward instead of back to account for some unpleasant weather. Their communication was excellent. For every email they sent they also followed it up with a Phone call and Text Message. The only thing I did not like in the experience was after the job was done, I signed on to pay the invoice the next day and it said it was Past Due. I feel invoices should be given at least a few days from the job before they are marked past due but I don't know how their accounting system is and it might be a way for them to move the due date of those out.

I recently hired SSC Window Cleaning and Gutters to clean out the gutters on my home and garage. After I requested and received a quote though email, Adraino came out to introduce himself and confirm the price. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived right on time and were professional and polite. Half way through the work, a thunderstorm came through and they had to stop. They waited it out in their truck for almost 30 minutes until it was over so they could complete the work. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again.

Phillippe was our crew lead for this job and he and another gentleman whose name I didn't get did such great work. Everything is spotless and was done with great care. They were very respectful of our home and any time they were inside they had clean booties on over their shoes. We will definitely be using SSC Window cleaning again in the future.

I tried to schedule online but their system wouldn't let me. It did show me prices for all of the "packages" after I entered my house information. When I called the office to schedule, they quoted me 50% more! No answer on why the online price is so much cheaper. My house dimensions didn't suddenly change. Seems like a classic bait and switch operation.

Workers arrived on time and were fast and respectful. The quality of the window cleaning varied throughout the house, but overall was quite good.

SSC was very responsive, communicated with me along the way and willing to work with my schedule and ahead of bad weather to get the gutters cleaned. I did not need to be home, and they gave the option to leave a check or receive an invoice. They were courteous and professional - and got the job done well. Upon my request, they also came out to look at the house and provide an estimate for window cleaning. Based on our experience so far with them, we plan to hire them for this over the summer.

Well done, compared to the guys we used before. Reasonable pricing. Immediate responses to email. I was a bit concerned when they didn't show up on the scheduled date. I didn't expect them to because we just had snow and ice but I was hoping to get an email about it. Turns out, they had rescheduled but the email ended up in my spam filter. So, nothing negative to say, it was my first time using them and I won't hesitate to use them again.

We were very satisfied. We first received an internet quote but recognizing that the nature of our windows was somewhat unique Adriano came out to prepare a more detailed estimate. The estimate was in line with our expectation so we proceeded. SSC's crew came out very quickly and completed the cleaning as scheduled. There was a significant amount of scraping of paint on the glass and some challenging windows located fairly high up and somewhat difficult to access. The job was completed professionally and with excellent quality. We would definitely hire SSC again for window cleaning

They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and flushing all the downspouts. They performed the work efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely hire them again. I purchased the deluxe level of service because of the severity of the gutter clogs.
