Description of Work: Cleaned gutters; workmen also made recommendations to consider re-pitching the gutters to avoid future issues. I tried to follow up with the company to engage someone to consider that extra job but they were non-responsive and had difficultly communicating. Given that I didn't engage them in further work.

Description of Work: They did a great job. I have rather long downspouts, and I would have preferred that they used a pressure washer over a bucket of water to clean them out. For that reason I won't use them again, unless they change up how they do the cleaning. Other than that, he was very professional, courteous, and did good work.

Description of Work: They did a good job on the gutters, but wasted 7 hrs of my time in waiting. An appointment that had been scheduled for 2 months was cancelled and rescheduled one hr before the set time. It was rescheduled for 9am the next day. No one showed till 1pm and then they didn't have the right ladder. Rescheduled again for 7:30am 5 days later. Showed up about 9:30am. No one ever bothered to call on |either of the last 2 appointments to say they were running several hours late. absolutely no professionalism in managing expectations. Do not promise to show up and then not alert your customer that you will be several hours late. And why schedule a 7:30am appointment if you don't want to show up that early because i find it hard to believe that there was another house done before mine in the dark of early morning.
