SSC Window cleaned my gutters and did a decent job. Only issue was they didn't show on the original agreed upon date.

This is the second time I hired Adriano's company to clean my gutters. His price was very competitive. He arrived with two coworkers and cleaned the gutters, removed some tree debris from the roof, and cleaned up the yard. The work was done completely and professionally.

Two guys came and they were courteous. They proceeded to clean the gutters using ladder and by climbing on roof. They pushed the leaves to the ground and used a blower and plastic bag to clean some of the leaves and debris from the gutters. They did not clean up all the leaves and debris that they cleared from the gutters. I specifically cleaned the perimeter of the property the night before so I could have it clear before the cleaning, and explained that to the service person. He said that he cleaned some of them, but that some of them were probably already there. He agreed to pick some of them up with a plastic bag. I expected that the property should have been left as clean as it was before they started, and it was not.

The company sent a team of 2 workers to clean all the windows at my house. They were professional and respectful at all times. They worked fast and did a good, thorough job. They cleaned 30 windows, 1 sliding door and 1 front door in less than 2 hours. They left things clean and orderly in their wake. The only reason I give a B rating for responsiveness is that the company sets up your appointment via email on their website. I would prefer to make the appointment directly over the phone so that we can more quickly handle the back-and-forth of finding a time that works for both my schedule and theirs. We were able to do so via email, but it took a few messages back and forth over the course of a few days. Note that I used a groupon, so the pricing is probably different if you bought their services directly. I would not hesitate to work with them again - I thought they were great.

The windows are clean but the sloppy behavior of the 2 workers was not worth it. Inside the house: 1) Used my toilet and did not properly flush (ugh!); 2) spilled something that made a stain on a bathroom mat; 3) smoked on the front porch, and the smoke seeped into the house, where I could still detect it 24 hours later; 4) broke a 2and quot; chunk of wood on a kitchen window. Outside: 5) broke off an aluminum piece of a storm window. I never imagined window cleaning could be so destructive!
