SSC Window Cleaning and Gutters

not well......the work crew was unfamiliar with the job of clearing leaves. After they left, I took pictures of the leaves sticking out of the gutter and also left on the lower roof, to be washed into the gutter at the first rainfall and sent the pics to the company. I called the supervisor and after several missed appointments, the job was completed by another crew, Since the gutters are 40 feet up, I assume the leaves are out. To be fair, the second crew which came out did a better and more efficient job than the first.

Quick response times and awesome customer service. I would use this team again in a heartbeat.

Came as planned, performed the service, left a note indicating service was done. No leaves or bags of leaves left on property. i didn't have to prepare or do anything. Great service.

The company communicates very well. The service provider arrived as promised and fulfilled discussed service. This was one of my better experiences with a service provider and I would recommend them.

Adriano was extremely professional and responsive when setting up my appointment. His team came and cleared out the gutters and after the appointment when I mentioned that I wasn't sure if they had flushed out the downspouts he personally came back that weekend to make sure this was done. Overall a good experience and I would use them again. Price was extremely reasonable.

All went well. The date of the service was mixed up but I was flexible do it didn't matter to me. They did a great job and I have already referred them to a friend.

I purchased a Big Deal with this company for $249 for any Size house gutter cleaning. The company came out to do work. I informed the Company before they came out to give me a call so that I could turn the water on. My neighbor gave me a call and stated that she had seen the company at my house, at that time I asked if they were still there and she informed me that they had already left. I came home and it appeared that no water had been used to clean out the gutters. Reached out to the service provider to ask and he told me that they had and I told him I would take his word on it. Then the next day a piece of my gutter about 15 feet had fallen from my roof and my neighbor had stated that she saw them trying to reattach that part of the gutter. I then looked and there were leaves still stuck in the gutter. I reached out to the service provider and he stated that they would come back out and repair the damages and clean the gutters as they were supposed to do. The service provider never showed up. I would like to give this company a chance to make this right.

This is the second or third time I've used SSC. I've hired them to clean windows as well. In all instances, they show up on time, have excellent communication before and after their service calls, and do a fast and thorough job. I'd highly recommend using their services.

Because our gutters and downspouts were clogged, I contacted Sampaio Services Company directly on October 6, 2015, after reading some positive reviews on Angie's List. I spoke with Adriano Sampaio, the owner, on the telephone. He could not have been nicer. He answered all of my questions and was able to give me a quote on the telephone by using Google Maps (which other companies did, too). Their price was much more reasonable than the other companies I contacted so I chose Sampaio Services Company. I went on-line and scheduled the job for October 15th. Gio, who cleaned our gutters, arrived at 10:15 a.m.-- 15 minutes ahead of schedule, which was great-- and rang our doorbell. He introduced himself, asked if I had any concerns about the gutters, and then got right to work. The job which, by the way, involved cleaning gutters that were very high as we have a three-story home on an incline-- took him about 45 minutes. [I was able to go up to our attic to see some of the previously-clogged gutters out of the windows and they look great!] When Gio finished, he rang the bell and spoke with me about the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Sampaio Services Company for gutter cleaning. I appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and the fact that their price was reasonable compared to other companies.

The service was better than I expected. I did not need to be home. The left the yard clean and they left a gutter "report card" hanging from my front door. I will definitely call them again next year.

Perfect service experience. I was able to easily schedule the service based on a convenient time for me. Two days before the scheduled service, I contacted SSC to ask if they could perform the service earlier due to a forecast of severe weather. The crew was at my house two hours later and did an excellent job! I can't wait to have SSC back in the Spring for window washing service!

I bought the Big Deal for gutter cleaning. The provider contacted me the next day to arrange an appointment. I explained via e-mail that we had a three-story house, and that some gutters needed repairs. They responded that they would bring a longer ladder. They arrived on the appointed day with only one person and a ladder that was too short. Somewhat disappointing. They promised to complete the job on the following day at 4 p.m. I responded that someone would be home after 2 p.m. They arrived at about 3 p.m. with two workers and a sufficiently long ladder. They did two repairs, cleaned two clogged areas, and were done in about 45 minutes. I can't comment on the efficacy of the job, since it hasn't rained hard since work was completed. I'll complete the review at a later date. The company communicated very well and the workers were pleasant and responsive.

The two-person team arrived at our home on time and ready to work. They worked together to clear all the gutters using air blowers, resulting in clean gutters. There was one downspout that still appeared clogged, so I pointed it out and they came back up on the roof and cleared that one too. The next time it rained, we had plenty of water running all down the downspouts just like it should.

Very impressed by Adriano, extremely neat, well spoken, and professional. He's my 'go to' man for window cleaning from now on. Highly recommended

Very punctual, easy crew to work with. Easy online scheduling available. Accommodating ; I asked them to install coils (I bought online) in the gutters at the top of all the downspouts which they did. Would definitely use this service again. My house is way too tall to ever attempt this myself. I've learned my lesson after last winter.... keep the gutters and downspouts clear!

The gentlemen from SSCwindowcleaning were outstanding in every respect. They arrived when promised. Worked incredibly hard and did an exceptionally thorough job. We have a lot of windows and then cleaned all both inside and out. They cleaned the screens and the window wells in addition. What an incredible difference it makes! In addition to doing a spectacular job, they were considerate about returning things to their proper place and cleaning up after themselves. All in all we were very, very happy with their work.

These guys are awesome!!!! I purchased the deal for 20 windows and had more windows that needed to be cleaned. For a small additional fee for the extra windows and door, they washed windows and sills inside and out. I could not be happier with the work. Far exceeded my expectations!! They were very professional and the quality of their work was phenomenal!!! Would highly recommend this company.

We had been remiss in cleaning the gutters over the past year and this summer our gutters started growing their own garden, complete with saplings. I messaged SSC and got a call back within a couple of hours, and they came out the same day and took care of cleaning all our gutters and unclogging our downspouts for the price quoted. I am very pleased with the work and the speed of SSC's response, and am looking forward to our next rainstorm to see how our newly cleaned gutters are working.

Those guys were great. After trying to set up an appointment with two gutter companies for a week without success, I was glad to find this company. Responsiveness was great and I had my appointment within a few hours. They did a very thorough job for a very competitive price. Our gutters were not overflowing/leaking any more during todays 's rain shower.
