Silvio's team did an amazing job in a very difficult access site. They took a dangerous failing waterfront patio and wall and turned it into a fantastic useable space. While they were not the cheapest quote they did the job for exactly the amount they said they would, and the quality was great. Would absolutely hire again.

We agreed the work wasn’t necessary until six weeks later, but then the hot tub arrived way earlier than expected. Silvio jumped into action and had the job complete the same week! We were impressed with the speed, care and quality of work. Thank you SRS!

It went well. The point of contact persons was always available to answer questions or address issues. The workers worked very hard, the end product was excellent and the clean up work was very good. The work was started in the time frame that had been proposed and was finished in less time overall than the original estimate. I would (and have already) recommend this company to others and I would use them again.

Silvio's team did a great job re-laying my bluestone patio and building several retaining walls in the yard. He was very responsive to make sure the work was done to my liking and his crew members were polite and took care to minimize damage to existing plantings. The price for the work was reasonable and I would recommend this team.

Silvio and his crew are the absolute best. Hire them - you will be glad you did! Silvio came out the day that I called him, and I had a very fair quote from him that evening. He was very involved in the project, and I could always reach him when I needed to talk to him. They turned my small, neglected back and side yard into a place that brings me so much joy! They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard! Silvio's crew was talented and so hard-working. The guys worked very long days, and they cleaned up each night before they left. SRS Construction and Landscape is the best! I will definitely be using them again!

SRS responded to my request for a quote by showing up that same day and sending me the quote by that evening. My husband and I changed the scope of the job and a new quote was sent right away. They accommodated our schedule and showed up promptly. Crew was very experienced and friendly. Silvio arrived the day after completion to make sure we were happy and told us "I am not going anywhere, call me if you have any issues or need anything." Outstanding service and our patio is beautiful!

Silvio and his team are excellent. They worked 9 hours each day in rain, heat, storm to get the job done in 6 days. Silvio and his team are true professionals. Their design and craftsmanship is excellent. Silvio provided excellent recommendations on the type of paver to compliment the house color, the functional design and layout of the patio as well as type of stone veneer. Silvio's team did a superb job precisely laying the foundation and cutting the pavers perfectly, ensuring a small degree of slope for water run off as well as correct engineering measurements on the angles of the patio. We are grateful to Silvio and the SRS team for expertise, design and hard work in building our patio. We love our new outdoor space. We highly recommend Silvio and SRS Construction.

The team is outstanding. I have a very difficult driveway for snow removal; plows cannot be used. The team comes by with shovels and snowblowers, and something to break through the ice if needed. It's also never just one or two people, usually 3-4, so they complete it quickly. My only negative is that it can take time for them to get to me and take care of it, because they manage so many accounts. Have had them help with lawn clean-up, and they always do an incredible job.

They came out very quickly to provide us a quote prior to the work starting, they were here installing our patio within a week of our initial meet (happily accommodating last minute changes to our original plan), and the team worked extremely efficient while here. I'm so impressed! Lastly, they went above and beyond in their cleanup - our yard looks great.

Silvio and his crew were phenomenal. We hired SRS to take a train wreck and turn it into a paradise, and they did just that, at a great value. These guys aren’t necessarily the cheapest around but their work is well worth it, top notch quality in execution. I also appreciated Silvio’s vision and input, which helped take the ideas I had and improve them to improve the overall final product. 10/10 would hire again.

We received a quote from Silvio and within 2 weeks his crew was at our house and had the work done within a day. They even added installed a row of border stones at the end of the day when I got home and foolishly realized I hadn't requested they be added. Very nice guy, very professional crew and great work.

The project went very well and only took 7 days! No more open space under porch or steps for critters to dwell - I love my new porch and steps! The price was reasonable and well worth it. The 3 workers were proficient, knowledgeable and very professional. They were diligent, hard working and respectful. Silvio Silva oversaw the project right to the end and his price was very fair. Yes, I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him for other work in his field.

I contacted them late on 3/24/19, the next day I got a response. Two days later Silvio came to my house to assess the job and we had the patio installed on 4/2. Silvio and his team were extremely nice and worked very diligently and we’re so happy with our new patio! The price was very competitive as well!

All aspects of the project went very well. Silvio was very professional as we defined the scope of work, the details and the costs prior to work. Silvio and his crew arrived as scheduled and proceeded with the work in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate SRS's attention to details and to providing proper storm drainage.
