Price of job is just my out-of-pocket cost, there was also the MassSave subsidy. Great work start-to-finish! I have a house from 1885 with asbestos siding on it and almost no insulation in the walls. I was nervous about the tiles cracking and a small job becoming a big, very expensive re-siding job. The team took care of it with no problems at all! They finished ahead of schedule and I think they did a great job (need to wait until February for the full story). Kudos Rogers!

Overall Roger's Insulation is a solid company. There are really three different aspects to this review that I wanted to make sure to touch on. 1) The initial consult/sales pitch: Very well done by Terry. Very approachable and answered all of our questions. Was also helpful that he provided complete sample windows to review and a detailed quote 2) The windows: Ultimately we went with Rogers b/c we liked the Seaway Window that they were selling. The window is a nice top rated option that's a little less pricey than some of the better known names. We are quite happy with the windows now that they are installed. 3) The installation: The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He works with a crew of guys who help him complete the install quickly (ours was done within one day - replaced over 10 windows). The reason the grade of B was given (and not an A) was some of the issues with the install. There was more than superficial damage done hat included the wall around the trim on one window. The installers also left more than several nails inside the home and outside as well from the install. Having a small child at home, this was concerning. Terry was very responsive to these concerns and appropriate revisions/repairs were made by the installer.

Great. On time, no surprised, very courteous and clean while working in home.

They refused to help me. The woman who answered the phone told me that because my walls are open, I HAVE to have fiberglass batt. She told me to call someone else to get that done. She was not pleasant. I understand that home improvement is crazy busy right now, but at least be honest. You do NOT have to have the cheapest, lousiest form of insulation just because your walls are open. (Open walls should provide the most flexibility with regard to insulation, right? And she never asked me how soon I planned to have the walls finished.) If Rogers is too busy, they're too busy. If they're scheduling 3 months out, then that's their timetable. Being rude and misleading homeowners is not the way to conduct business.

Both the scheduling staff and the workers were friendly and prompt. They did good work, were flexible with what we wanted, and cleaned up afterthemselves.

This was one of the best contractors I've worked with so far as a homeowner! I found Rogers Insulation though Angie's list and loved the reviews. I used Rogers as part of the Mass Save insulation and air sealing program. I had several tasks that needed to be completed. Additional cellulose insulation installed in my attic, dense packed cellulose installed in my garage ceiling (living space above), bathroom vent installed through roof, pull down attic door insulation, new door sweeps, and various air sealing throughout the house. Pre-Project: After submitting all my paperwork to Mass Save, Rogers promptly reached out to schedule the install. They were very accommodating and even reschedule my install (due to a construction delay on my end) without issue. Install: The project was scheduled to be a three day project. One the start date a couple crew members were out sick and they had to postpone a day. To ensure the project done on time, they sent in a double crew the next day (without question). When they arrived, the lead installer went over the project and answered any questions I had. The team was hard working, efficient, and clean. They installed drop cloths everywhere and even left my garage cleaner than when they started. I was extremely satisfied with this project. I highly recommend Rogers Insulation and I will definitely choose them again for any future projects,

Rogers had done work several years ago insulating the walls of my house and they did a great job. This time, John came out to discuss an ice dam problem. He spent a lot of time asking questions and discussing options but in the end he felt my only solution would be to insulate the underside of the roof with a foam, which Rogers doesn't do. I was so impressed with John's knowledge and that he would actually recommend something his company doesn't do but would probably be the only satisfactory solution. Hard to find people like this! Really appreciate his time.

We were in the market for new siding on our home and wanted to get Hardie Board cement fiber. After getting quotes from different vendors, we decided to go with Rogers Insulation Specialists. Their quote was competitive, but not the cheapest. However, we opted to go with them for several reasons: We were also interested in doing insulation work and they were associated with the MassSave program. Also, a neighbor of ours said his experience with them was excellent. Additionally, the visit to our home and quote process was very thorough and they were responsive with answers to any questions. Prior to the work being started, the process and details were thoroughly reviewed. Work began on time and updates were regularly sent regarding the status of the work. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Most impressive were the attention to details. Trim, soffits, corner work were all impeccable. Scrap on the job site was cleaned up daily and the work areas were kept debris-free and organized. Color-matched caulking was exceptionally clean and precise. The entry door installation was executed with equal expertise. Overall the experience with Rogers was excellent, start to finish, with not a single issue to speak of. I would highly recommend them for siding jobs / door installations for anyone in the future. I'm also looking forward to the future insulation work I have planned.

We had gotten a couple of different recommendations about improving the insulation in our attic - spray foam in the rafters, or batting in the attic floor. Rick came to our house and spent at least 30 minutes with us, answering our questions. Rick helped us to see that in our situation, the payoff would not be worth the expense of replacing the old insulation and installing new. Rick could have tried to talk us into buying his services, but he was very professional and gave us an objective evaluation.

Went great-no issues- The owner “John” came out for estimating and gave a comprehensive written estimate. The estimate was broken down to each job that needed to be performed. The overall cost was too expensive but he recommended a compromise with an option to do the work when it was more fiscally feasible. Pleasant friendly people to work with.

Rogers team was excellent! They were kind and professional and did excellent work. You could tell they cared about not messing up the place, they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished up the work. Some of these small things really matter. I'd certainly recommend them for any insulation related work.

We had hired Rogers Insulation twice in the past, on two different homes and had been pleased with their work. In our current home, another company had insulated the crawl space underneath our addition. But in really cold weather, the hot water pipes that provided heat to this space would freeze. We called Rogers Insulation. They came out and spent about four person-hours cutting the pipe into the existing insulation and sealing around it, and improving seals around vents to the crawl space. They charged us nothing for this work. We explained that our problem wasn't their responsibility, as another company had done the crawl space insulation work, but they still didn't charge us. We were flabbergasted and needless to say are happy to promote them here. We haven't yet had another huge cold spell to test the effectiveness of the fix, but, fingers crossed, it won't happen again.

I only spoke with John on the phone and he was extremely patient and helpful with explaining differences between cellulose and fiberglass. I told him of another company that came out and what they said. He said the company that came is excellent and I should not hesitate to use them. I thought that was very professional of him to not undermine his competition. Clearly John gets enough work and is very patient and professional. I would definitely be having him come to do estimate if he did fiberglass as well.

Rogers upgraded our insulation under the MassSave program. Before we engaged them, they thoroughly reviewed our options and helped us navigate the application process. The work was performed professionally and promptly.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, John and his crew were attentive and professional. Our project required some complex staging; we needed a second contractor to remediate old vermiculite in the attic, and a third to reconnect the heating system duct work before Rogers could come in to install the insulation. John walked me through his recommendations in detail and guided us through what we needed to do to get approval from Mass Save and to line up the other contractors. The work was completed as agreed, and on schedule. I am self-employed and was able to work normally while the crew was in my house. I was also satisfied with how the company resolved a problem that occurred during the job. During the installation, a couple of holes were accidentally made in the plaster bedroom ceiling. Rogers put me in touch with a painter who did an excellent job patching ad repainting the ceiling at no additional charge.

Work was completed on time, on budget, and with good quality.

It went well. They showed up on time, performed the work as necessary, informed me of any issues, were professional, cleaned up and left. The price below reflects the net owed. Mass Save picked up most of the cost.

Really well. Brett, and Jason (and on the first day Octavio) were highly professional. They were careful of my plants, of my floors, of my property. They all knew their jobs and performed them well. They worked their butts off!!! They covered my plants and possessions with plastic, and all were back in their original condition at the end of each day. They kept me apprised of what was happening, and what to look for in the house (if there was a problem, or an indication that a leakage was filled.) They went above and beyond in their work. I highly recommend them! Because they were provided through Mass Save it cost me about $1,200 !

The insulation was done well mostly. There was leakage into the kitchen cabinets and dishwasher through the wall. They did the clean up, but we still see some insulation coming out under the dishwasher.

This was a mass-save job. The crew chief Larry and his friendly crew did a nice job. A second crew working nearby finished early and joined the crew doing my job. As a result, the job was completed in 1 day. Due to rain, Larry returned to complete the bathroom vent tie-in with the roof flapper. I plan to use this company for a future job.

Completely satisfied. The owner was easy to work with to insure expectations to do a job well done was achieved.

Was referred through the MassSave program. They were on time, completed the work as scheduled, and did a great job cleaning up. They left it better than when they arrived. The only work that couldn't be done was because of an incorrect referral by MassSave, no issue with Rogers.

Very professional and prompt service provided by Rogers. Price was reasonable and their workers were efficient and very courteous. Would definitely recommend.
