He was on time and efficient. He looked in the basement and recommended not insulate the house because it could introduce mold issues into the home. He was very honest and said that basement waterproofing would be a better option.

This outfit is top notch. They communicated via email on a timely basis. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They left NO mess. They asked me questions about the crawl space that others did not ask which showed me they truly cared about my home. They treated my home as if it were their own. I would absolutely recommend them to others and I would use them again if needed.

They were professional and thorough and they had the best price around by far. They came in and did the job and we are glad we saved some money by not going with other people.

All seemed to have been done well. However, This spring, when I first needed to go back up into the attic, I found the vent hose from the bathroom fan had been knocked off and venting into the attic all winter.

We are very happy with the services provided by Rogers; they used the best material for insulation, they covered all the attic, they air sealed even the basement with no cost, they helped us to get an energy audit in a very good time, that's how they got us this excellent deal, instead of paying about 3,000 UDS with another company that did an estimate for us. We would definitely hire Rogers again.

The installer was pleasant to work with, he was very good. I am happy with the windows. I felt the price was a little high but I like them. I was not a big fan of the fact that they did not seem insterested in working on my side of town.

It went well. John Taglienti was patient and responsive as I adjusted the work order. Brian, who did the work, was clearly knowledgeable and made the seals very tight. High quality, professional work and pleasant to work with.

I only used them as a source of research for insulation and replacement windows. Looked in line with everyone else.

I had mass save come and give me a recommendation to get my attic insulation redone. These guys came on time and really did a stand up job on my attic. Everything looks tight and clean. No trash was left behind.

Rogers came to my home and determined that I needed insulation under the floors of my spare room due to the frigid temparature in the room. After the work was completed, it was still extremely cold in that room and I asked them to return. When they did, they told me that I may need insulation in my walls as well. I wish they would have told me that to begin with!!!! I was not happy!

Rick came several months before the job and convinced us to use both foam and cellulose. He was nice, professional and answered all my questions - and I hat a LOT of them. We eventually agreed on the services and Rick sent me a written contract which I liked. The service dates had to be rescheduled several times due to snow storms. The services were performed on two separate days. The foam crew was nice and did the job we asked as far as we can tell. A few negatives: they left a mess in several areas which the cellulose crew eventually cleaned up. They were supposed to let us know when they were done - so we could know when to return to the house - but they didn't. They applied the insulation in two areas in such a way that it is hard for us to tell if they did the job the right way so we'll have to trust that they did. The cellulose crew was also nice. They set up a tarp to keep the dirt localized but eventually ran hoses through windows which meant the dust got everywhere. They could have done better with keeping the house clean. The air sealing was done fairly well but they missed several areas. I asked them to fix them and they did but later I found several areas they missed. Somewhat sloppy. They left trash in the attic that I had to ask them to remove. I doubt they would have removed the trash without my asking. I feel like they were just trying to get the job done and get home. I called them back to fix several places where they were unnecessarily conservative with regard to insulation touching a bathroom vent and ceiling light. They left areas of the ceiling exposed to outside cold air. I think they should have done better. The whole house fan box looks very well constructed. They left a little bit of trash in the front yard but otherwise cleaned up outside pretty well.

I had cellulose insulation blown into my walls. Crew arrived on time and started working after they did an interal inspection of the house for outlets and checking the basement. The job was scheduled for two days but they were able to do it in one day.

They did the insulation of the attic and the air ceiling of the basement. The experience was pretty good. They came in June of last year. They are professional. I think that is very important. The quality of the work was good. They also gave a follow up call. I was impressed.

Rogers was awesome from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and the nicest service providers I have ever had in my home. They cleaned up after themselves each evening to make sure they left a clean work area. They were even kind enough to shift their worker's lunch to align with my children's nap time as to not disturb them. The quality of their work was top notch. I would be happy to use them again should the need arise.

IN THE END, I did not select this company for the porject.

They squeezed me into a very tight schedule to accommodate my limited availability. The office staff were extremely responsive and very professional. The workers were also very polite and professional. The reason I didn't give an overall "A" was because my job ended up being 2 days. The workers said they'd be back the following business day to finish. After a few days of waiting I called to find that the workers didn't communicate with the office to tell them the job wasn't done. However the office folks rushed to get me back into their schedule and after a few days they came out to finish. They left a little bit of a mess outside, but all-in-all they cleaned up after themselves okay. During the process the insulation busted a hole in one of the walls, which is normal, and likely just a week spot in my old plaster walls. They sent a plasterer to the house very quickly, and he did an excellent and quick job fixing the hole. I'd definitely work with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Showed up on time, performed the work. put siding back properly where it needed to be removed to cut holes for blowing in the insulation. They did nick an electrical wire, which cut power in a section of the house, but they repaired it. Finished the job in 1 day.

The sales call was very impressive. They then delivered the windows in a timely manner. We are very happy with them.

Overall it went fine. Took quite a while from when I ordered the windows until the work was done. I had to call them for an update. There price was better than others and the quality of windows was best for the price.

The process went very well and I am pleased with the service I received.

John Taglienti was great! He answered all of our multiple questions, worked with subcontractors and contractors, and was very patient with our long rebuilding prokect.

Overall I was pleased. My house is much more comfortable now. the 2 installers were knowledgable and easy to work with. In some spots insulation was blown into interior walls that had some spaces and the insulation leaked into the rooms, making a mess. Since my house is not new, I wish the installers had checked for spaces better before they started. Suggesting closing all interior doors would have been a good idea, also so that the insulation wouldn't have spread all around from room to room. The next day I complained and the supervisor came by within hours to look and explain and he spent several hours vacuuming,etc.
