we had this work done in accordance with our energy audit with Mass Saves program. Rick and the Rogers crew were excellent. They squeezed us in for insulation before our move in date, so it would be easier on all of us. They did a great job, cleaned up very well, and were very professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

They did a good job quickly.

I'd been concerned about heat loss through the attic where our furnace is located. The owner, Rick, came to my house to assess what I could do to minimize heat loss. I was prepared to replace the existing cellulose fiber insulation in the ceiling with new spray foam insulation in the rafters to make the attic a conditioned space. He convinced me not to do it due to the construction of our house even though his company could've made a lot of money doing it for me. Instead, he said my money would be better spent having my ducts tested and sealed to improve heating efficiency. He offered to refer me to another company and explained the process and technology. He also offered to call Mass Save for me to have them seal all air passageways into the attic to reduce airflow / heat loss for free. It's rare to find someone as honest as Rick. I definitely recommend Rick and his company. I've also asked the home improvement division of his company for a proposal to replace sliding patio doors. Rick's honesty has made the decision of who to choose very easy for me.

The windows themselves are so so. The installer was very skilled. They insulate and work well, but half of the screens came with holes or tears. The installer ended up re-screening some of them, then I found another with holes. Never botherted to track them down again.

Great - Rogers Insulation have been fantastic both times we've needed their services. They were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

John replied swiftly and thoughtfully, even on a Sunday afternoon. It's not the kind of work they do, but he offered some suggestions. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

I could not be more impressed with Rogers insulation. This was a very complicated project. To start I had a couple different contractors come out to look at our second floor bathroom which had 3 exposed walls and an roof all with no insulation, causing the pipes to freeze all winter long. John came up with the clearest plan for this tricky situation which required actually creating spaces to crawl in to the eaves and was the only one to get me a quote without followup. He also pointed out other safety issues the others failed to note such as needing to replace a couple of recessed lights that would not be safe to cover with insulation. To further complicate matters, I had MassSave come out, and they had a number of recommendations for further insulation in other parts of the house that would be at least partially covered by that program. To get this all lined up I ended up having John come out a second time, had him speak with both my electrician (about the bathroom lights) and then the MassSave supervisor about questions I had about what the MassSave work entailed, and I also ended up having to reschedule (because of coordinating all these parties) Rogers several times, and they were always happy to work around my schedule. Finally when it came time to do the work they were prompt, clean, and highly professional. In addition, when they did the draft test, they detected too high a level of CO2. This pushed the job off by a day as I had to get the furnace serviced. Despite this not being their issue, Rogers arranged to have a crew come in on a Saturday to complete the work. If I have any other insulation work (I may look into adding insulation to my garage ceiling), I will definitely be selecting Rogers.

Overall, it was very good. The only issue I had was that the service was scheduled about six weeks out for two days. Early on the first scheduled day I got a call that they wouldn't be coming because so many "called in", but they would "send two trucks" the next day. The service was completed the next day by three guys (one truck plus a car!)

Rogers sent a crew of four workers who worked most of the day and did a terrific job. They couldn't finish the job because of snow on our roof, but they returned a few weeks later and finished the job after the snow melted. We were impressed with their workmanship and they were always easy to work with. The folks at the office were also easy to work with. An excellent company to work with from start to finish.

They were wonderful. I would absolutely choose to use them in the future.

Used Rogers Insulation in conjunction with the MassSave Program. After initial inspection, we made an appointment with Rogers which was very easy as their staff is pleasant and very courteous. They came out on the scheduled day, performed the necessary tests including the emissions test on my boiler and a blower door test to evaluate air leakage in the house. My house is only 6 years old and fairly tight, so the only work needed was to reconstruct my dome over my attic pull-down to better seal the house form the attic and they added about 8" of insulation in the attic as well. They were on-time, professional and thorough as they laid down plastic and went right to work. They installed some propa-vents, sealed around a few fixtures and the attic walk-up and blew in additional insulation. They performed the blower door test again to confirm that the improvements were effective.Their professional and courteous staff finished in about half a day, walked me through what they did and cleaned up as if they weren't ever there. While this job was not large or extensive in nature, based on my experience, I will definitely call Rogers for any future insulation needs.

Our initial contacts with the company seemed okay??we scheduled an estimate, which had to be scheduled several weeks out, but they were upfront about that. The guy who came to the house was professional, but he seemed to be in a rush and took quick measurements and seemed to want to leave ASAP. After we scheduled the job, the company's communication tanked. I called to confirm the work on the day they were supposed to come because we hadn't been in touch in the month+ since the scheduling and they seemed surprised I was calling but couldn't tell me when the workers would show up. The guys who did the work were great??the job seems pretty well done so far. The real issue is that no one told us they would leave a fan running that exhausted to the outside of the house. When I returned to the house, I was surprised to find the set up. When I called, the woman on the phone said it needed to be in for a week! This is in freezing weather including 2 days of freezing rain, with a window completely open. When I tried to call the guy who originally did the quote, he wouldn't respond to voicemails. A week later, I had to call three times to get someone to come take it out and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Again, the work seems fine, but I am not impressed with their communication or professionalism. They need to do a much better job of explaining the process and following up so the job is completed on time and without needing multiple phone calls.

Their product is very efficient and very expensive. They were prompt when they came out for the estimate and when they did the work. They were quick and the work was efficient. They cleaned up after themselves.

Got a quick response from them. Quick and reasonable quote. However, after signing the paperwork and sending the deposit the communication was poor. I was given a date by the sales person but never hear from the front office with the details. After a lot of hassle got an answer regarding the time they were coming and what I needed to do. Was told they were going to arrive between 8-9 am. Nobody shows up. After calling them to know what was going on, founf out they needed to stop in another job before coming to my house. I asked why they didn't informed me of this change in plans and the answer was "we didn't know we had to". The job was quoted for 1 1/2 days. Day one (after they finally showed up) they spayed the foam. Past 8:00 pm. I checked the job and noticed that they damaged one of the ventilation ducts and also the foam was touchinf the heating unit ( the foam is flamable) This got me very concern about the quality of the job. Snet an email to them and I got a call from the owner who assured me that this issues will be fixed. Day two: the fixed the duct (not sure if done right) and trimmed the excess of the foam. Not as good as I expected. Day Three: They sprayed the fire retardant layer and "cleaned". I had to spend 2 hours clenaing . I chose this company for the competitive quote and the great reviews. I regret using them. I have doubts on how good this job was done given al the problems with the crew and how disorganized they are. This was a very expesive job, You think you will get a a quality job and good costumer sevice for this amount of money

John T. came to our home to help us analyze a water condensation issue. I assumed that insulation would be a key part of the solution. John spent ~1 hour measuring, analyzing, drawing, and explaining. At the end of the time he explained why he couldn't help and provided a number of pointers on how I might be able to address the issue. He made recommendations against some very costly upgrades that I had in my mind. The home shows filled my head with all kinds of ideas about ripping things apart. Unfortunately, as John explained, the stuff is free on TV, but can get expensive in the real world. Based on the care and attention that John provided while estimating, I would not hesitate to work with him/his company in the future.

It went great. We had the work scheduled for later this month but because unforseen travel in our family, they were able to move us up 2 weeks earlier. The work was done quickly and well, the guys were a pleasure to work with, and we already feel the difference in the house. We had Rogers blow insulation into our first home as well (an 1896 colonial) and they did a great job at that house, which is why we used them for this house as well. Very professional & great - if we ever move again, we would use them again!

Rick, the owner was very professional, punctual and really good at explaining things in lay mans terms.Rick also communicated and worked extremely well with other contractors as this was a multi- stage process demolition, insulation and reconstruction. From start to finish Rick and his team were VERY professional, punctual and respectful of the space and of cleaning up after themselves. I am really impressed by these folks! I also want to say a word of important note here: Rick is VERY HONEST!!!!! He easily could have filled my home with insulation that would not have worked due to the construction of my building but he explained how it would not work and why. AMAZINGLY refreshing to have an honest professional to work with!!!! Carol in the office was wonderful too. Carol is really professional and like everyone there,very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company for all your insulation needs!!!

I thought the quality is good and professionalism I think is good. They were able to come out in a timely manner. I thought it was good.

amazing work. these guys had to drill through plaster in order to access the wall, and they didn't spill a drop of dust in the house the entire time they were here. They were punctual and professional, and they worked hard while they were here. They obviously do a lot of work because there was a wait in order to get them here to do the work -- it was well worth it. A little while after the work was completed, I had to take down the plaster on one of my walls, and the insulation was so tight that all of it stayed stuck in place even with the entire wall exposed! I would definitely use them again for any work I need. It was also amazing that the workers had only good things to say about the company, and seemed genuinely happy to work there. I think it is a great indicator of quality and a company run right when their employees offer unsolicited praise of their superiors and the company in general.

The job went beautifully. The company worked with a MA energy-saving entity to assure we got all energy-savings incentives possible. In this aspect alone, they were incredible to work with. The professionalism was beyond reproach, but acting as the go-between for us for the financial help was invaluable. This job had originally been priced by the MA energy company at $5000, which they claimed included the incentives. With Rick (the Rogers Insulation person we dealt with), the energy company appropriately revalued the job at less than $2000.00, and included some items we had not known were needed. In addition, they were extremely patient while waiting for over 4 months after the work was done to receive the total payment for the job. Rick and his company went way beyond what we ever expected. The start date for the job was March 15, 2014. They finished it promptly, but the approximate date of last contact was 7/22/14, because that's when the incentive check payment was finally received by them. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat if we had more work to be done, and wouldn't hesitate to speak with any potential customer about our great experience.

Foam insulation for an attic rehab done to code. Excellent workmanship, pleasant and easy to deal with! Very satisfied.

Square foot cost provided on May 12, 2014 and after two follow up emails about getting a detailed estimate completed quickly I never heard back from him again. I would not recommend this company just based on the lack of follow through for obtaining an estimate.

Their installers (Jimmy, Jason, (and Delano 2nd day only)) were here for three days. They were exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional. Oops, I forgot to mention neat! They answered every question we had and explained exactly what they were doing. We would recommend them to anyone without exception.

There were some minor shrinkage in the spray foam on the gable ends. I sent a complaint via facebook message and Carol called me back right away requesting for pictures and she then set up an appointment to have the problem fixed. A+ plus on the customer service. The reason for shrinkage was because my studs were a bit dirty and the spray foam couldn't adhere properly. Wow, what a difference the spray foam made. Due to a tighter roof envelope, the air aren't leaking out of the house and I'm not losing heat. This winter was by far colder than the last year, and my heating bills are reduced by about $40-$50/month even though it was colder this year. The foam is already paying for itself from how much I am saving on my energy bills. I can't wait to see the difference it makes in the summer, during the hot season, my attic is wicked hot and I couldn't even be up there, and that's one of the reason for creating this tighter envelope. Hope I can hangout up there this summer.
