Rick and his crew are a reflection of how every business should treat their customers and made us realize how rare this kind of customer service is these days. We requested our sectional and sofas cleaned. The person that came to our house was very professional and on time. We had gotten a quote on the phone, but the person checked everything and formalized the quote in writting to make sure there was no confusion. He then started off cleaning one of our sectional sofas. He immediately realized that a few stains were too deep for them to come out with his process. Instead of moving forward, he educated us on what he was doing and the fact that some of the stains might not come out. He didnt want us to pay for the services if we were not going to be happy. He spoke to Rick and they decided that they will clean a whole sectional sofa for us to see and then make up our mind if we wanted to go ahead. The person there worked for a whole hour trying to clean the sofa to make sure we got to see how it would look and did not charge us, saying they would only charge if we called them back and were happy with the cleaning. With the obvious stains not coming out, we decided against getting our sofas cleaned. The fact that Rick and the person who came out to clean gave us this option was very thoughtful and the fact that the cleaning person was there for over and hour cleaning one sofa so we could actually see the results and then not charging us for it was a great service call. We would very highly recommend this business to anyone who might want to use their services.

This is how an air duct cleaning service experience should be performed. The technician came in with 2 large vacuums. One was a regular shop vacuum and the other was a type of shop vacuum with a rotary brush. The first thing he did was tell me exactly what he would do, and what the exact cost would be. Then he went around all of the grills and into the ducts with his shop vacuum first. The hose was long and skinny enough to reach the full length of my air ducts. He removed a bunch of larger debris that would not be sucked up with the rotary brush vacuum, and I was shocked at how much gunk was in my ducts. After vacuuming the vents, he brought out his rotary brush vacuum. He told me how it worked, and he went through each vent and duct again, using the rotary brush tool to clean and suck up other debris that was stuck to the vents. Again I was amazed at how much residual dust there was in the vents, and he got it all. He went to the basement and opened up the main trunk of the HVAC system, again using the rotary tool vacuum to clean the entire length of the main duct. He repeated the same process with the 2 vacuums on the first floor with the return vents. Again I was amazed at how much debris was even in the air intake vents. Finally he took off some vents from my furnace, and he vacuumed the elements of dust and debris trapped in the system. He used the rotary tool vacuum to reach the air intake vent and heat register of the furnace itself. As a last step, he had me replace the furnace air filter and run the system. There was no new dust or debris on the filter. Before leaving, he sprayed some disinfectant in and around the top of each air register and top of the duct. The technician was very personable, and he answered all of my questions. He was honest in telling me that I don't have to have this extent of cleaning done every year, but he suggested perhaps every 5 years. If you get one of those mailers from a home improvement store or other service that claims they can clean your air ducts for $49, run the other way. I learned from today's experience that a proper cleaning of air ducts should cost a few hundred dollars. Red Carpet Cleaning Co went above and beyond by providing exceptional and complete service for my air ducts. The cost was definitely worth the service.

Recently had my wall to wall carpets in the 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, and living room cleaned for the first time since we moved in the house 6 years ago. It's all beige colored carpet and the carpet were the cheap carpet from the Big Box store that was already installed when we purchased the house. Initial contact was quick and responsive and spoke with Rick. Very detailed information via email about their pricing and cost. Since we had a lot of rooms to be cleaned, they came on a Saturday morning and was finished by noon time. The technician was friendly and provided a final quote prior to starting the job and thoroughly explained the process he was going to do. They did a great job making it look "new" and clean again. Would use Red Carpet again in the future.

Went well he was there a few hours. Very nice guy, we helpful and assured me he would do the best he could.

This was a big deal purchase and it was good. We were satisfied. I never compared their price with anybody else.

Not well at all. Scheduling was easy. But when the technician showed up, he spent all of 20 minutes cleaning superficially and said he was done. Outraged, we called the owner and he sent another technician out, who happened to be in the area. He spent another 40 minutes and put some effort undoing the "work" of the previous tech. But with all said and done, our white couches do not look clean at all. At $125, this is not acceptable. Not even an hour's worth of work and shoddy workmanship. I will be calling Angie's list for a full refund and make other consumers aware of this business.

Rick was very friendly when I called for last minute service. Peter came out the next day. He was very friendly and professional. Carpets look great. I will have them back to clean vents and upholstery very soon!

Great experience! 1) First, I was given a very reasonable window for service: two hours. Many contractors make you sacrifice half a day while waiting for them. Then, even thought the two-hours hadn't yet passed, Red Carpet called to let me know their employee would be arriving a little bit later than expected due to traffic, but we weren't even out of the two-hour window yet, so the call was completely unnecessary. Good customer service on their part though. 2) When Peter arrive, he was polite and friendly, covered his shoes before entering the house. After asking me to show him the area in question and clarifying what exactly I wanted done, and confirming the agreed-upon price, he got started. 3) Our carpet was a MESS. Our dog had been sneaking down there for several weeks, unknown to us, and using it as her potty. I thought the carpet was a goner and didn't expect Peter to have much success, especially since I'd tried spot cleaning on my own with some pretty strong stuff and a shop vac to no avail. But he got the rug really clean! There was only one spot that wasn't restored to its original state after it dried. Peter had made it very clear before he left that day that I should call Red Carpet, and he'd come back for free to work on any lingering stains a bit more, so I may do that. But I may not; it's negligible, and as I said, the carpet came out GREAT overall.

The team was on-time and professional. The carpets are closer to white than not and needed some serious help. Everything looks fantastic. My wife and I are both surprised they could get it this clean. We will definitely lose this company again.

Peter was thorough and very professional. I even had my painters commenting that they had never seen someone take such pride in cleaning carpets the way Peter does. He meticulously cleaned every surface that was on the agreement. He ran out of time on the first day and through the scheduling genius also known as Rick, I was able to get Peter back into the house the same week to finish the job. My home smells clean and my dogs are no longer roaming the house trying to smell for the previous owner's dog. Thank you Rick and Peter!

He arrived on time and set immediately to work. The cleaning was done very well and he alerted me that one of my grandkids was leaving candy stuck to the couch, I would definitely use him again. Surprised to learn that they also provide car detailing and plan to call them for that once my schedule allows it.

I called last Thursday and Rick was able to schedule me for Monday morning. As promised, Rick called me this morning to let me know Peter was running early and was on his way!. He assessed my carpets and a variety of stains courtesy of my 2 golden retrievers, and he got right to work. I asked if he could add in a few more carpets I had not mentioned initially and he said it was no problem to include them. He did a great job and was able to get some bad stains out of a bedroom carpet I had been ready to toss. I wish I'd done this ages ago! My only regret is that I didn't have him do every carpet in my home. I will be calling back for another appt! Red Carpet was prompt, courteous and professional and the price was extremely reasonable! I recommend them and will use them again.

The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job! This company is very thorough in the job they do, always doing their best to remove stains on the carpet. I would highly recommend them as this my second time using them!

The crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. There were some deep set stains from previous house owners that were stubborn and only partially removed, but I'm not sure anything could have worked to completely remove them. Overall, they are a great company and I highly recommend them.

After a mural miscommunication on location the company was able to reschedule super quickly and did an excellent quality job!

Rick responded very quickly to my inquiry via Angie's List Messaging. He was flexible with scheduling when I had to push it back a couple times due to work in our house that was delayed. He called the day of our appt to keep me updated on when the tech would arrive. It looked like the tech would be delayed in arriving within the given 4 hour window due to a bigger job than expected at another house. He called when the tech left the other job. I really appreciated the updates. Orrin, the tech, was very nice, answered my questions, and got the job done quickly and effectively. He was not pushy and provided me with a thorough breakdown of the costs so that I could review and agree to them prior to the work being done. We are very happy with the outcome.

They were great. They were professional and I can't say enough good things about them. He has been cleaning rugs for 10 years and he is very experienced.

They do an exemplary job. The professionalism stood out. When another company came, my wife called me into the other room, and said that they looked like they just came out of prison, and she was not happy having them into the house. This guy on the other hand is a family man, he has a wife and two kids, and they live in a house. He came in here and put his little booties on, he put this thing over his hair, and he took his job very seriously. There were stains in the carpet that have been there for a long time, and he got them out. This is the first time we used him. The guy we had been using had left his truck out on a super cold night, and he broke something, so he wont get the part until the 15th of April, and we couldn't wait that long, so I found this company. I don't think there was more he could have possibly done to make this better. There was nothing that my wife and I could think of that we wanted to get done after he left. He knows we have pets, and he showed up after dinner with two bottles of deodorizer, and he just spritz it on, and it makes the smell fresh. He didn't have to drop it off, and he didn't charge us as well, which I think was very nice. You get what you pay for. He was 5 minutes early. I called his boss and told him how happy we were, and I told him that we wanted to use his company again, and we wanted to use this guy.
