Description of Work: I had both furniture cleaned and also a family room carpet. I was very satisfied with both. The person who performed the work was excellent, friendly, punctual, and took care when finished. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Our HVAC ducts had not been cleaned in over 20 years. Asthe company was an Angie's List reccomendation, we contacted them to provide this service. They were very professional, about an hour late ue to a vehicle mechanical problem (but they did call to advise us of the delay). All service was provided as quoted. Their representative worked hard, was very neat in his work and the whole process was handled professionally I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Hired them to clean some carpet and they did a great job. Got some stains out that others have not, and it has stayed clean for far longer than in the past. The carpet pile is also standing up more than in the past. Great service and we will certainly hire them again.

Description of Work: I had my ultra suede sofa and 2 chairs cleaned. The furniture was cleaner than when they started, however, the method they use is rather messy. The cleaning solution they apply is via a brush and a bucket of water. The suds and water ended up not only on my sofa but on my wood floor and carpet as well. As far as I could tell, this did no damage but created some extra mess. In addition, the area underneath the cushions dried leaving water stains. While this area is unseen, I have never had this happen with other companies. Overall, average experience.

Description of Work: We were very happy with the service given to our carpet cleaning. Robert was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently. When he was done there were no soaking wet rugs. He was even able to get that black line under baseboards lighter in color. I didnt have to ask.

Description of Work: hi its paul. i was looking to have the air cond. duck work clean on a new home purchase. the house sat empty for an extended time and had some mold issues. i thought the cleaning would be a good idea. they showed up on time and seemed to do a thorough job.

Description of Work: Cleaned very dirty carpeting in a hall, a large room and a small one in a house I've just bought. They responded quickly, made an appointment right away and came when they said they would. They did an excellent job, looks brand new, and charged a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Cleaned basement wall to wall, living room area carpet plus two chairs. Did a great job cleaning. Arrived one hour after outside window of time. They had trouble finding our street and we were called at nearly 3pm to ask how to get there (they were to come between 12-2) and they didn't apologize. For the last few months they have been calling soliciting business, almost to the point of over calling. Having said all this, they did fine work and they offer a discount certain months.

Description of Work: I had a sofa that needed hard core cleaning. However, given the bad shape it was in they suggested that it will be better to replace it. I agreed with them. They then cleaned a pool table for me free of charge! They did a great job on the pool table top. They were just amazingly helpful.
