Description of Work: Cleaned out air vents, did carpet cleaning for entire upstairs. They were very professional, clean, courteous. Did an excellent job on both the carpets and the air vents. Price was on the low end of our estimates but they did a tremendous job. Will use again.

Description of Work: I had RED CARPET CO clean the air ducts in my home. They did a good job cleaning the ducts, and did a good job picking up after themselves. I was pleased with the service they provided. I though the price was a little high for the amount of time it took to clean the ducts.

Description of Work: We were having out of town guests in a few weeks and I wanted to get carpets cleaned before that. I had used Red Carpet a few years ago and was pleased with the results so I called them again, anticipating having an appointment in a week or two. Instead someone was available that day which was great. Orrin came, took measurements of all the rugs and carpets that I wanted cleaned (dining room oriental, den large rug, wall-to-wall in living room, stairs, upstairs hall, and one bedroom rug) and then he got right to work. All work was done in a few hours and all rugs were dry in about two hours. Orrin was very neat and made sure to put protectors under all the heavy furniture. He also cleaned a sofa. Since we have three cats cleaning the carpets and sofa were extra challenging. I was very pleased with Orrin and Red Carpet and would definitely use them again.
