We'd used them once before and liked them. The guy gave us a 20% discount and also did the ottoman and two chairs for free. He totally got rid of the carpet stains. He removed furniture or put it up on styrofoam blocks, as needed. He also suggested we get our vents cleaned, probably a good idea, we never have. He was very courteous.

They were very accommodating, partly I think because I told them that I found them on Angie's List. They were very prompt. The carpets look great. The floors look nice and clean. The heating system is functioning much better. We can feel the difference and feel we are getting more heat out of those old vents than we were because of the accumulation of dust that was there. They worked hard, fast, and thoroughly. They were good all around. I would use them in the future.

Seven years' of traffic from two dogs and a teenage boy made our once-pristine carpet seem repugnant. (There was a dog stain that seemed to grower deeper in color with each passing year.) We called The Red Carpet Company because of their high ratings on Angie's List. They answered the phone, were able to quote me a price, and were able to come the next day to clean our carpet. It was a one-man job that took just a couple of hours and Nathan was friendly, informative, and fast. If I had known that it would be this easy and affordable I would have had our carpet cleaned years ago!

They came on time, did the work, and when they life it was neat. They are very reliable, we have used them 3 or 4 times before, and when you call them, they show up.

I had just bought the house and the previous owner had not cleaned the carpets in a while. The guys at Red Carpet came right on time and completed the work in about 4 hours. Few hours later the carpets had already dried and were ready for the movers to come in. Great customer service!

We hired Red Carpet to do a deep cleaning of a newly purchased home. They did a very thorough job in every corner of the house--it took about 4 hours of very intensive work and results were great. The 20-yeard old carpets look almost new.

Originally spoke to Rick on the phone to set up the appointment; easy breezy. Alex came to do the work and, if it weren't for the fact that a bridge near me is closed (and no GPS seems to know this), I'm sure he would have been on time. As it was, he was only a few minutes late and Rick had given me a heads-up in advance to let me know. I think that's good service. Then BIG thanks to Alex for not only getting the carpet back to looking new (from what used to be spots here and there and very visible foot traffic), but also for being a thoughtful, professional, down-to-earth guy. Few examples: - Some contractors park anywhere; Alex looked for the unnumbered guest spots. Brought his van around to unload at the front door, then drove it back to a guest spot. I didn't ask him to do that -- but it was a conscientious thing to do! - Then, unloading his stuff (which was done in a very organized way) he brought it into the lobby in a couple of trips, but put everything off to the side, so the traffic through the lobby wasn't interrupted (some guys would just lay down the stuff anywhere). - Red Carpet does more than carpet, and Alex gave me estimates for furniture, dryer vent, and even auto interior cleaning -- and all without being a pushy sales guy. And I didn't have to ask about the Angie's List new customer discount; it was one of the first things he mentioned in "cool for you" kinda way. - He moved furniture, etc., and then put everything back "exactly" where it had been. I didn't have to move a thing he touched. So, all in all, I'm a fan of Red Carpet -- and certainly of Alex.

They did a good job, especially in the grout. They are very responsive and punctual.

I have them come out about every 6 months, and they always do a good job.

Brian did a fantastic job. He was on-time, friendly and got our rugs to look like new. We even had a few urine stains on one of the rugs, and he was able to get them out without a problem. The rugs dried within a couple of hours. I will definitely use their services again.

Once again, I successfully found Red's from Angie's List. From making the appointment and getting time and date confirmation in the mail to the timely arrival, I was very satisfied. Red's technique of using a soft brush by hand to work on difficult stains and small areas was greatly appreciated. Because we had such a positive experience cleaning the first half of our house a couple months ago with Alex, I absolutely requested him again. On the second visit to clean additional rooms, Alex cleaned a basement area that is generally used for storage only. The carpet had been neglected for years. I think he was also surprised at how beautiful it was after the job was done. They are affordable (not cheap), timely and do a terrific job. I will continue to use them on an annual basis in the future and will always request Alex to do the work. I recommend the quality of their work without any reservation!

Wow. The company is great. Very friendly personnel. He came in and wore booties to prevent tracking in dirt. He spent extra time on the heavily soiled areas. The price was excellent. So much so, we did double the amount we would have done with other companies. I can't say enough good things about the company or the person who did the work. You should hire them.

The guy who performed the estimate was extremely professional and prompt. The fellow who cleaned the ducts went above and beyond -- he spent hours on the job and was incredibly careful and thorough. I have hired other duct-cleaning services in the past and it often seemed like they did a perfunctory job, finishing up within an hour. These guys, however, actually went over the whole duct system, taking care over each vent and getting into the pipes down in the basement.

Alex came to our house on time and did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough and professional. He made sure all ducts were cleaned inside and outside the house. It was just great working with someone who really takes pride in the service he delivers. Would definitely use again and even our neighbors asked who that guy was who took such good care of our ducts!

Very good experience. The carpets had stains from the previous owners of the house and were generally quite dirty. Red Carpet showed up on time, were very professional and courteous and the carpets looked great when they were done. One nice bonus with their service is that they really vacuum up as much moisture as possible so that the carpets are dry within a couple of hours instead of overnight or 24 hours like some other services.

I got them off of Angie’s List. They were terrific. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did what they said they were going to do and didn’t charge me an awful lot of money for it. I’m completely satisfied with the job. My husband was pretty satisfied with the price that they charged. I would definitely use them again in the future if need be.

Brian was very nice, friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about cleaning my yucky carpeting. He put the white covers over his boots every single time he went in or out of the house. He measured all the areas I wanted cleaned and figured the price before he started. He did all the stairs first -- the grossest part of this condo I just moved into in April. Before he did the rooms, he gave me a tour of the stairs, pointing out where he had been able to get out all the black stains which came in on the bottom of somebody's shoe on move-in day. (OK, it was my son's!) He spent another couple of hours on all the rooms of my house. What a great job! He worked so hard to do a fine job, and I don't think he was doing that just because I am such a fun person -- LOL -- I could tell he gives the same good service to everyone. Before he left, he gave me another tour, took the time to return a chair to its spot, but putting little thingies under the legs so they don't absorb moisture. As happy as I was to have the carpet looking beautiful, he was proud of his hard work to make it beautiful. Thank you, Brian and Red Carpet!

Rick was quick in sending a tech over the next day. Alex performed the job for most of the day. He was professional, courteous and thorough in explaining the job to me. I paid $800 for 35 vents (large house which probably has never been cleaned before). Price is steep but Alex said this will last 3-5 years. Will definitely use them again. Highly professional and efficient. There was a noise in one of my vent. Called Rick. Alex came over and fixed it, free of charge. This company is the best.

Everything went great. Alex came out and went through the house and gave an estimate. Since this was our first time using the company and we are part of Angie's List we received a 30% discount. Alex, the technician who gave the estimate came back to do the work and everything was exactly as he said it would be, no surprises or upsells. He was very professional and did a great job. We will definitely use this company again.

The cleaning associate, Steve, was terrific. He explained everything in detail as he was working and did a thorough and professional job. We are thrilled with the results and will use Red Carpet in the future. In fact, we became a "preferred customer," for special discounts applying to future jobs. We definitely plan to hire Red Carpet for future similar services.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of Red Carpet Co, so much so that we entered into a regular treatment and savings plan. My call was immediately answered and a visit was scheduled for just 3 days later. I was given a range of times, but on the actual date I was called with more specific timing as soon as the specialist was aware based on his earlier appointment. He arrived exactly when promised. This was the first carpet cleaning that handled our oriental carpets same day, on location. It was an exceptionally hot day, but Alex worked diligently on the room with problem stains and with each of the individual rugs. Our highly stained wall to wall carpet looked like new. While we were told upfront that some of the more challenging stains could come back, we have yet to see this. The oriental carpets (some of which are antique) also looked better than they have for years. We were definitely very pleased with the service and overall results. We would recommend Red Carpet Co to anyone looking for a job well done.

Rick from Red Carpet responded very promptly to my initial call. When I finally got back to him a few weeks later, they quickly set up a time to look at the house and give us an estimate. The Angie's list discount was very helpful with the price. We set up the appointment. They called to confirm arrival time and got here promptly. It took the guy 6 hours to clean all the air ducts in our house - partly because some of the grills were painted on - no extra charge. He even found a creative way to avoid ruining the paint job in the dining room - and then gave us a small discount. He showed me several of the ducts as he was doing the house - both before and after. They looked spotless after. I was pleased with the professionalism of all the Red Carpet staff I interacted with on the phone and at our house. I would definitely recommend them.

Alex arrived at 8:30 am and started right away. He brought his tools in, and also two large vacum sort of machines - one of which had a rot-a-rooter sort of head on it. He took the covers off all registers (we have registers in the floor and on the wall) and cleaned all, then vacumed them and then did the rotorooter treatment. He finished all work on the upper floors and then headed to the basement where the main duct work is located. When the work was finished, Alex took me around to show me what he had done and to make sure he had done everything to my satisfaction. He was great about showing me what he was doing at each stage, and answering my questions as he went along. Our dog Button was around throughout the work and Alex was great about talking to her, and also making sure with me that the machinery/noise wouldnt scare her. All in all I was just so impressed the attention to detail and work that Alex performed.
