They were excellent. First of all, I sent them an e-mail inquiring about the services that they provide, the products, and the prices; they sent me an e-mail back the next day with all of that information. Then, my husband called to book the appointment. They did it whenever it was convenient for us. I think we booked like two weeks ahead of time. They sent us a post card ahead of time to let us know the date and time they were coming, and they were here at that time. The gentleman was wonderful. He cleaned all our carpets extremely well; they looked great. Their price was very reasonable. Everything was perfect. They moved all the furniture and covered the furniture legs so that they would not get dirty. Their customer service and courtesy were excellent.

They sent me couple of reminders by mail way ahead. On the day of service they called me in the morning first to let me know about their approximate arrival time, and called again about an hour ahead of their actual arrival. Alex, the guy who cleaned the duct arrived on time. During the original estimate he explained everything about the whole cleaning process, and he exactly did during the actual what's expected. He is very professional. He took his time to clean all the vents and also clean surrounding areas of the vents. Later, another of his coworkers joined to help him and he also explained few things about the HVAC system. They completed the who process in about 3 1/2 hours. I thing the price is reasonable and I got the new customer discount. I highly recommend them.

The service was excellent. They were very quick and got me an appointment within days of me calling them. At first I was not satisfied with the level of cleaning. When I told them this, however, they sent a crew right back out and cleaned everything to my satisfaction. I can tell they really care about customer service, and I would recommend them.

I hadd no problem setting an appointment at a convenient for me time. Alex (the guy they sent) was on time, polite, worked quickly and was a good sport with my 2 year old's curiosity (of course after attending to safety first). I definitely will use them again since our air ducts have been in great shape since the cleaning (one heating and one cooling season) and my asthmatic four year old has had no more issues when the heat/AC start blowing air into our house. I did wait almost a year to write this review simply since I have had troubles in the past with "good Jobs" and bad aftermath. This is not the case. I do recommend these guys.

I went to the website and sent in a request for a quote. The estimtate came back same day (via email) and was detailed and understandable. There was no red flags that would allow for a bait and switch. I worked with Rick via email to schedule the appt as well. Lucky for me, there was a cancellation and Rick called me to see if I wanted the open Saturday Appt. The rug tech (Steve) was here on time and did a total walk through. He measured the places to be cleaned, sat down with me to dicscuss and explain the process. The quote (detailed and written out) from Steve was less then the estimate which was a nice surprise. The rugs were all cleaned and came out great. Steve did a great job and didnt cut corners, even though it was a Saturday appt and I was his only job for the day. I was very happy with the work done. Before I cut the check, Steve walked me around each room to make sure that all was ok. There were a few spots here and there that were not able to come up. Steve tried with me there, to show me that it was not possible. I expected that some stains would not be able to come clean, so there was no shock to me. The best thing is that the rugs were usable/walkable in 2-3 hrs. I was expecting 4-6 hrs to dry, but Steve explained that by using the correct amount of water and not soaking the rugs, they will dry normally. There was also no musty, wet smell in the house due to the rugs being wet. Totally recommend Red Carpet.

I was very pleased with The Red Carpet Company and would definitely use them again. In fact, I already recommended them to one of my friends. The entire process (from the initial call to set-up the appointment to the day of the appointment) was very easy. I called to get a quote (and mentioned Angie's List and received a great discount). The prices initially were a bit high, but with the discount, they were reasonable. Also, the mult-step process the company uses seems very effective. So I was comfortable with the price. I scheduled my appointment and received a reminder in the mail. Steve arrived on time, explained (and showed) me the multi-step process they use on the carpeting, and then got to work. The carpets looked great (now I'm not afraid to walk on them) and they were dry in a few hours. I had a very positive experience.

They were great. Showed up on time, explained the process and the tools he would use. He was probably here about 3-4 hrs cleaning the vents starting with the 2nd floor, working his way down. He helped me troubleshoot some issues I had with our HVAC system (outside of the regular service). Finally, I had him clean a couch and chair in our family room that had been through a lot the last 8 or so years. These guys had great reviews on AL, which were clearly well-deserved.

Steve came promptly and completed the work efficiently. He was friendly and described what he was doing in easy-to-understand terms. He wore booties the entire time he was in the house and did not get dust anywhere. He was able to recommend a sensible cleaning and filter-changing routine for our system moving forward. I would highly recommend this company for duct cleaning and based on my experience also got an estimate for carpet cleaning for the near future.

They were outstanding. They were very reasonable and they gave discounts to Angie’s List customers. The people I dealt with kept me very informed about scheduling. They were well informed about all of my needs and the product they would need to solve my problem. They were very cooperative to fit into my schedule. It was certainly going to be an on gong relationship.

Second time with a new person - but the work was just as well done. Very cordial and polite and worked hard to clean the various pieces of furniture. Worked with our schedule and were on time.This is a great company to work with!

They were good the first time. When I had them here the second time they used a huge carpet cleaner and they sucked up my rug. They used a floor polishing machine with a pad on it to do the rug and it scratched the rug. That’s why I had ruffles in the rug and looking at it we could see it was not level. I was very disappointed so I won’t use them ever again. I was not happy at all because I’m going to have to replace the rug sooner than I planned. Because my first experience with them was a positive one, I wish that they had called and told me that they are going to be using a different piece of equipment. I wish they had given me an option to say whether, depending upon the condition of my rug, I may or may not want them to use it. But they used a floor polisher and just wrecked my rug. Their pricing wasn’t too bad but they are supposed to be good and dependable.

I called Red Carpet because of excellent ratings on Angies List and because ad said that they clean tile floors as well as carpets. Person answering phone was very pleasant and was able to explain steps used in the floor cleaning process. I told her I had seen write-ups on Angie's List and she told me that as first time customer I would receive a 30% discount. Appointment had four hour window and reminder postcard was sent. On appointed day I received a call from the person who was going to do the cleaning, Steve, giving me approximate time he would be there and apology for coming so near the end of the window. I was definitely impressed by the company's focus on good communication with the customer before the job even started. As soon as he arrived Steve explained exactly what he would do and then set about cleaning. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the floors and grouted areas looked great when he was finished. He also provided me with an estimate for cleaning several carpeted areas which I requested. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was impressed by the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service from start to finish. When I called, someone answered immediately and it was very easy to schedule a convenient appointment time. No wait! When Steve arrived to do the work, he explained the whole process, so I knew what to expect. He did a fantastic job, probably the best carpet cleaning job I've had since I've lived here (over 18 years). He left everything in immaculate condition, and took care in moving and arranging furniture and other items. I will definitely use Red Carpet again, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Worked with Rick via email and Steve Walker who did the estimates and actual work. To start off they are very flexible and able to respond quickly with alternates. Could be important if you are closing on a new home or moving and multiple things need to happen. They came out on a Saturday for the estimate even though its outside their working hours. Changed dates on them twice and still able to make it work. Called to confirm Steve's departure from another job and then called when there was a delay.Work was done extremely well and exceeded ur expectations. Rates estimated were held and the BEST PART? Offered up coupon savings right off the bat without having to ask. Very highly recommended and definitely giving Stanley Steamers a run for their money.

An employee named Alex showed up promptly, did a walk through of our home to give us an estimate and because he was so professional, down to earth, and sincere in his feedback, we agreed to the work on the spot. He thoroughly cleaned the vents, did a couple of extra vents to clear out surface dust, and showed us before and after images with his video camera. He offered tips on maintenance and cleaning. After a horrible experience the day before with another company, my husband and I (and the HVAC guy) couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly this cleaning went. We felt he gave us a great price and wonderful service. I highly recommend using them and even signed up for their lifetime customer discount offer.

We had spilled red wine on a loveseat, and had a chair and couch that had never been cleaned. One man came and did the job himself, efficiently and quickly, and asked me to look at the work. While there are still some signs of the stain, they fade into the overall pattern and I am quite satisfied. I will hire this company for our carpet cleaning in the fall.

They were out at the 1st of the year. I had looked them up on Angie's List and decided to use them because there was a deal on the service. I will use them again in the future.

Only one guy here though they had said there would be 2. Not sure how it would have gone if I had wanted him to do carpet under the furniture. You are only charged for the areas they clean so if you leave the furniture in place and clean around it, you are charged less. Some places charge by the size of the room and expect you to move everything out. Not Red Carpet.

They do an excellent job. I would recommend them to others.

Just moved into this house and was really bothered by allergies. I believe it was Alex who performed the work. He took his time and cleaned each individual vent. He didnt' try to just rush through the job. He was very thorough and it took a good part of the day. There are probably cheaper air duct services, but I think you get what you pay for. Well worth it and my allergies are no longer bothering me.

We have had this carpet for about 8 years and about 4 dogs later it has become pretty soiled. It is mostly urine stains that have been cleaned up but stains still remain. A film of dust is also always present and it makes the whole bedroom floor very dull. I called red carpet co and from the get go it was very pleasant it was easy to make the appointment and a rough quote was also given. The 30% discount was also a plus.Anyway I made the appointment for a slot of 8-12, Bryan called at around 8am and said he was on the way and will be there in 30 minutes. He came at about 8:20 and greeted us with a smile at the door and pretty much got straight to work. We quickly ran through the 4 rooms and corridor that needed to be cleaned and he told us he'd move any furniture that was in the way and will set them on blocks after. He measured precisely all the areas that was to be attended to and quoted me less than what the initial quote was. 2 hours later the difference was obvious, the carpet was significantly lighter and the office (heavily soiled room) was flawless! The carpet was slightly damp but it dried up in a matter of an hour. Needless to say red carpet co is awesome! I'm very happy that I chose them based on the reviews I have read on Angie's. Thanks guys!

Very positive experience throughout. From the initial phone call to discuss and schedule the appointment, where the representative was helpful and courteous, through the actual cleaning process, which was done thoroughly and respectfully. The technician arrived on time, explained the process, walked the house with us tallying the vents and then provided a detailed explanation of the costs. The entire experience takes several hours so be prepared for that but the technician is working the entire time except when he paused to point out specific issues, offer recommendations, or made relevant observations as he was moving through the property. We will explore these folks in the future for additional services they offer that might be relevant for us based on this one experience. Definitely recommended.

Service was excellent from the first call. Work was scheduled for the next day; 2 professional pleasant men arrived at time scheduled, explained what they would do, asked me to move some articles so they would not be broken when they moved a bookcase to get access to one duct; answered my questions and completed the work about the time they projected. No problems.

Brian showed up within the agreed upon window of time. He worked diligently on one or two spots on one of the oriental rugs which did not come out using the regular machine and regular detergent by using a different cleaning solution and a hand brush. He got all of the spots out. The work was done well and quickly. I will call them back again to do the rest of the wall to wall carpeting in the future.
