Very happy with Red Carpet Cleaning's work at my house. Arrived on time, explained the work and how long it would take. Pleasant guy did the work. Carpets came out awesome. I've had the "wet to dry" and the "chem-dry" types done before and was not happy because the carpeting seemed to stay wet for a couple days. Red Carpet Cleaning moved out the small pieces of furniture (no extra charge), vacuumed, spot treated, and scrubbed my carpets. Then he put the furniture back on little styrofoam pieces. Rugs were noticeably cleaner immediately and dried within a couple of hours. Don't waste your money on the other jokers cleaning carpets with some other type of equipment.

Easy to set up appointment, reminder sent by postcard. Good job done.

I used The Red Carpet Company a few times over the years always very satisfied with the service. This year it was a little different, because of my work requirements. When I leave in the morning I never know what time I will get home the result of the pass year, cleaning the house suffered especial the floors. I was able the run the vacuum over them and damp mop the kitchen and bathrooms but that was it. I did not have the energy or time to do a deep thorough cleaning. When The Red Carpet Company called this year I had them come to do the cleaning. I happen to stop by the house when Paul was there for a few minuets. I told Paul I was not looking for miracles I know the floors were in tough shape. When I got home that night I could not believe what I saw. Words can not describe what a fantastic job Paul did. Every room he did was immaculate, as far as I was concern he did perform a miracle. I would never have believe anyone could have gotten those floors that clean. I would recommend The Red Carpet company to anyone.

They were very pleasant and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained how long it would take to clean and dry the rugs. They also let me know what products they were using to clean my rugs.

Mike called ahead the day of the cleaning. He showed up right on time. Professional. Efficient. Was unable to successfully remove a vomit stain. However, he did not charge for the attempt. Would use them again.

It went well. The guy arrived on time, cleaned the vents - they had a lot of dog and cat hair and dust in them so desparetely needed cleaning. It seemed a bit pricey, but we had 14 vents and it was very overdue. We turned the heat on after he left and breathed clean air!!

Great!!! The technician worked hard the whole time! He scrubbed all difficult spots over and over!! We were content with the results and very happy about the service!!!

I needed someone quickly to clean a badly stained and worn, high traffic area in my home, for an upcoming wedding brunch. They were prompt in their response, on time, and very professional. The man who cleaned assured me he could help after I expressed doubt about the worn stairs and big stain in the living room. We had already had these carpets cleaned without much success. He assured me he could help, and he did! The stains in the living room are gone! The stairs look like new. He had to go over the last three stairs twice, but they look great! The cost was more than the estimate; in fairness, the estimate was given over the phone without seeing the area. The price was still reasonable. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly to others!

They showed up on time, assessed my mess and explained their technique. The rep worked quickly, but not in rushed way. When he completed the work he cleaned up and put away all his equipment before wrapping up with me. He was personable nod respectful. The price was fair and the work was excellent.

They were great. We are going to use them again this year. They came and did an estimate the same day I called them and then came and did the work two days later. They sent two technicians to do all the work. Excellent service!

The customer service representative who was our first contact did an outstanding job of asking the right questions to understand our situation. In addition she was very personable and fun to talk to. While I was on the phone she arranged to get me a rough cost estimate based on the floor dimensions I gave her. By the time the call was completed I had a date for crew to come and do the work. I was told they would call within a few hours of when they were to arrive. That's exactly what happened. The two people who showed up to do the work were personable, respectful, easy to talk to and responsive to the things we asked them to do. They recalculated the cost estimate based on the actual dimensions they measured and it came out to a little bit less than the original first estimate I got on the phone. The work team did an outstanding job and left their work area immaculate. I'd rate the whole experience as outstanding.

They explained everything and were up front about the risks and costs. I had been experiencing increasing amounts of rust-colored dust the past couple years when I turned on the heating unit the first 10 times or so. They were also up front about the fact that paint was holding the grate to the wall in one room and offered me the chance to skip it. They were completely right about how loosely fixed to the wall it was. I found them very honest and up front in every way, even though they were doing what was acknowledged might not fix the problem. Many folks had suggested that it wouldn't help to do this service, but I thought I would try it anyway. I don't know if I would do it again. I still got the dust from the system when I started it up. But it's an old system. They also offered to clean my couch and rugs, but I didn't really have time. I would definitely use them again to clean carpet and upholstery.

The representative from the company, Steve, arrived on time and was very accommodating, answering all the questions I had about the process. He cleaned the rugs in about an hour. It then took about 5 hours for them to dry. Overall I am very satisfied with the rugs and with the company.

They came in on time. They explained everything what they're going to do. They communicated very well with their customer. Overall they provided an excellent service.

Red Carpet did a great job. I'm not sure if some of the stains left on a few of the rugs are possible to get out. The man was on time, neat and professional. I would have them clean our carpets again in the future.

Rick replied to my inquiry immediately and told me what services they could provide. He even alerted me to some coupons! We arranged for his team to come out, and Steve and Randy were here on time the day of. They couldn't have been nicer, explaining to me what they were going to do, what they did, how to treat it when they were gone. They worked fast and efficiently. I work from home and they were here for about 4 hours but there was no inconvenience to me at all and my house was perfectly dry and clean by the time my kids came home from school. Miraculous! I will be calling them in the future for sure--they really did great, careful work for a very reasonable price and were so pleasant to work with all around.

The guys who came was great and professional ect but I wasn't at all impressed with how clean he and/or the products got my sofa and stairs and given it was to be environmentally friendly the chemical smell was horrible.

It didn't go at all. I called the company prior to signing them up and inquired if they in fact serviced my area and if I was within the miles quoted on the offer, they said they were. When I called to schedule the appt. they notified me that I was going to be charged an additional $50 for travel. I refused and they cancelled my appt.

It was a while ago, and I don't recall specifics, though I had the imression from the original employee who came for the consultation/quote that they were going to run a camera into a vent to show me the "before" vs. "after"--but that did not happen. So, it is really difficult to know how good of a job they actually did. I was essentially a "blind" customer. That is why I could not give a grade for "Quality" , and why I wouln't use them again---unless they brought a camera to view inside the ductwork before and after the work was performed. The service tech and the employee who came to quote the work were both pleasant and polite. Another thing that bothered me was that I was asked about giving them names of 5 people who might be unterested in their service. In exchange, I would receivea $25 credit. I was told that the company would merely do a mailing, including a coupon, to contact anyone I had referred. Unfortunately, my sister said that she received numerous phone calls from the company in order to sell her their services. I don't think that should have happened.

I have a microfiber sofa that was previously cleaned by another company which used water. It was a poor job as it left water rings after drying. I called Red Carpet to try them after I saw their rating on Angie's List. They informed me that the microfiber material I have cannot be cleaned with water as it stains permanently the upholstery. They dry cleaned the sofa to my satisfaction and were very honest from the beginning that due to improper cleaning methods used before, the water marks could not be removed. I was pleased with the end result. My sofa looked clean, brighter, and smelled nice. I will recommend Red Carpet to all my friends.I asked Steve to give me a quote to clean a wall to wall carpet I have on the porch and stairs that go to the basement. The quote was very reasonable and I'm calling them again.

Overall the cleaning was good. It is old carpet so I wasn't expecting too much. The scheduling was simple and they called me a half hour before they arrived just as they said they would.

Very responsive, to my email, followed up with phone call, reminder and on morning of job, called to say workmen delayed due to weather. Came on time, very professional, gave written estimate prior to work done. we have used another cleaning service for decades, and the work done by Red Carpet was better and half the price. Will never use the other company again, since they overcharged and took advantage of being an "old" customer in every respect. Highly recommend this company. Workman was very courteous, professional, careful with everything.

Not much to say. I have been using Red Carpet for at least 10 years. They come once or twice a year (January has the bigget discount) and clean carpets in rotation. Stairs and hall most time with 1 or 2 added rooms. Their prices are comparable to other cleaners I have checked and the men are friendly and competant. The lady who calls to remind me of a sale is also a pleasure to talk to.

I highly recommend Red Carpet. They were responsive and professional. They were in the area and actually came by to give me a quote. They gave me a time window for service and when I asked if they could try to come on the earlier side the serviceman, Alex, actually made a great effort to do so. Unlike many other companies, Red Carpet charged only for the square footage they cleaned. So I was pleasantly surprised when the actual price was lower than what I anticipated. Unlike other companies, they don't just steam the rugs either. They were prepped, shampooed and all of the stains were gone! My rugs looked awesome and dried quickly. Alex did a great job and was really friendly!!! I will definitely use them again.
