They did a great job! Carpet looks like new! Very efficient and removed very stubborn dirt from pellet exhaust settling on the carpet! Would recommend hiring this company. Cost was very reasonable as it was a large area!

I received an immediate email followed quickly by a telephone call.Discussed job with Sidney who scheduled me for the following week per my request. Texted me in advance of arrival time within the original time frame. Followed all Covid-19 precautions, consulted with me again regarding areas to clean then went to work. Pretreated any areas of concern then did deep steam cleaning of the rugs/ carpets. Excellent job, rugs look great. I recommended him to my neighbor who then booked his service.

An excellent experience. I bought a deal advertised on Angie’s List: $119 vs. the usual $189. The owner quickly returned my call and scheduled the job. He arrived punctually at the scheduled date and time. He did an excellent job cleaning the rugs, including removing the stains. He was very professional. Highly recommended.

It went great. I was very grateful that my online inquiry was answered quite quickly even though I submitted the request on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to come clean the furniture on Tuesday. Everything looked so much better after the cleaning. We were also impressed that it took less than two hours to complete. The only slight hitch was that the cleaning started an hour later than expected. Apparently there was a piece of equipment that needed to be repaired. But I was contacted by text and told of the delay, so it wasn't a big problem.

After an initial scheduling misunderstanding, Sidney shuffled his commitments to squeeze us in before the holiday, which was much appreciated. The work went quickly, and he did a great job of removing old stains in both carpet and upholstery.

It was okay. He showed up on time. I asked him a couple of questions as to how I can get their services but I couldn't have any good answer. They can have some better options to what kind of services they can offer to the new owners and that would be really helpful like for me I have never used a carpet cleaner before.

Was nice and fit us in, but wasn't very thorough. Some areas looked somewhat cleaner, but other areas looked the same. Needs to take more time to do a more thorough job. Barely noticed any deodorizer effect, even though we paid extra for that, and for all the stairs and landings.

the basic cleaning was fine. but no furniture was moved; instead it was cleaned around there were a significant number of pet stains in the carpet. there are now less, but there still are a significant number of pet stains. the phone request for a written receipt did not receive a response. a follow-up phone call produced an incorrect receipt. a third phone call produced results
